Norma Rae. Hell Yes! Now more than ever...

This isn't just a great union movie. It is a great movie, period. Every snarky thing I've ever said about Sally Fields? I take it back. She knocks it out of the park here. It's got an intense pro-union message, but more importantly, it's an intensely good movie on every level, that deserves to be appreciated by a new generation.

Congrats to the Oscar winners and all that, but this is from the day when they knew how to make a film!

2. Yes! I re-watched this film last month, and it was so inspiring.

She so deserved that Oscar. I felt Ron Leibman did, too, but I can't recall if he was nominated.
