Despite the brilliant legal maneuver of arriving to court with a prostitute (above), Charlie Sheen was unable to obtain full custody of his twin sons even after their mother Brooke Mueller was filmed pawning random items for crack and checked herself into rehab over the weekend. RadarOnline reports:

Despite appearing “unsteady on her feet” and “glassy eyed” Mueller was all smiles as she left the court house – but was keeping mum – telling RadarOnline.com: “No comment” when asked if she was pleased with the decision.

A source says that while Mueller undergoes drug treatment at an undisclosed rehab facility, her mother will provide primary care for the boys.

4. #1 ) Why does it say Sheen's kids? Certainly, they are Mueller's kid's, as well.

#2 ) No matter her condition, if she has arranged a stable home, she is going to get custody. A lot of guys show up in court totally unprepared because they haven't make provisions for the day to day care of the children. They've got no one lined up to take them to school. No one lined up to feed them breakfast or make their lunch. They've no one line up to watch them full time in case of an emergency. Remarkably, many men show up with no evidence of a fixed place for their children to sleep! Women, on average and even addicts, show up prepared with mothers, aunts, and friends, who have the will and facilities to provide care.
