Chris Brown Dodges Parking Ticket -- Drops Gay Slur

Chris Brown put the charms on a parking officer yesterday in L.A. -- successfully dodging an expensive ticket -- but in the process ... he hurled another NASTY homophobic slur.

Before sweet-talking the cop, Brown accused several cameramen of alerting parking enforcement officers that his car was illegally parked, ranting, "Y'all n**gas is weak. Did you all call them to try and film me? Y'ALL N**GAS IS GAY."

It's not the first time Brown publicly disparaged gay people.

Back in December, the singer got into a Twitter feud with ex-B2K member Raz B ... calling Raz a "homo" and a "d**k in da booty ass lil boy."

...then again, his own actions are about 1000 times worse than anything I would post.

It's been a pretty bad month for really horrible over the top homophobic hate talk, culminating in Tracy Morgan saying that he would kill his son with a knife if he "talked like a...."

I was just musing that this particular instance doesn't really upset me that much, comparatively speaking....

So what happened?

The Laugh Factory...where the incident happened...instituted an "N-Word Ban."

What happened after that?

Damon Wayans, in his act following the Richards meltdown, just kept repeating the word, over and over.



Now, we know one thing about Damon Wayans. He has a career because he suckled long and deep at his older brother's hind teat and got a job on his show, "In Living Color."

Other than that, he's a smug, arrogant little ****stain who isn't part of the solution...he's part of the problem.

12. The thing that saddens me the most...

...is that if you do a VERY SMALL AMOUNT of Googling, you'll see reader responses all over the Web that support Brown, that say "the bitch had it coming," that he "had to keep his woman in line."

The fact that this attitude still exists...let alone the fact that some element among the dregs of society feels compelled to go online and post it...just breaks my heart. We've GOT to be better than that as a society.
