The movie "Drive": very well rated but unsettling for me....

Drive was very well rated by critics, but I did not leave the theater feeling either satisfied or happy. Perhaps I was not supposed to.

It's extremely violent. The violence is at times graphic and a tad gory.

Am I the only one who felt this way after viewing it ?

1. I loved it.

That's two movies in a row now (Drive, and The Debt) where I left the theater saying "Now THERE'S a movie!"

I was only a bit dissatisfied with the ending.

I think this kind of movie can only end one way, and it almost did.

But the storyteller, in my opinion, took a less courageous route at the last second.



Oh and one other thing: Where's the airbags? :rofl:
