Involuntary manslaughter.

Time to get back to the economy, the wars, all of that pesky non-celebrity stuff.

It doesn't matter who injected who -- general practitioners have no business being in possession of, never mind administering, a general anesthetic. Besides, did he HONESTLY believe that the jury would tacitly convict Micheal of accidentally killing himself?

He's looking at max of four years. If he'd copped a plea, the good doctor might have avoided hard time, retained his license and be past this by now...

:woohoo:

5. Thank goodness
Any doctor whose patient writes a song about Demerol should think twice before supplying that patient.
