Need Dedicated Windows 2003 server

I need a true dedicated Windows 2003 server. Not a Linux interface, a true Windows 2003. I need 80 gb harddrive, 10 IP addresses or so, good bandwidth.

Pier1 just bought out Interland and they SUCK.

I thought I'd ask here before I make any decisions.
