hey, I sell on ebay (I can give anyone my seller name so they can write me to verify that it's me with the Power Seller status and 99.5% feedback since 1998, just email me), and I already sold the blue & white ones of these I had on there, and thought, duh, offer them up to DU'ers, and of course for less than the 279.99 I just sold the last 2 for.

So, I have 10 iBook (clamshell type) laptops available, in near brand new looking condition - no joking, they're beautiful and very easy to use.

10.2.8 OS X operating system (clean install with all updates for all programs!)
6GB hard drive
320 MB of memory (just bought new memory for them!)
in MINT condition, the screens have NO scratches, the keyboards are perfect, no loose keys, nice shells, and the cool handle to carry them around!

They are with AIRPORT WIFI card already installed and ready to surf the net!

They include, iChat, iPhoto, iCalendar, iTunes and many other programs and the YOYO power adapter (I can get you a NEW battery for $45 just ask, it will come about a week later however, or you can buy one yourself).

I only have one with a very good battery, the rest need replacement batteries, but like I said, there's a power adapter with all of them. If someone buys the one with a decent used battery I'll put a post saying it's sold.

They are $225 w/o a battery, delivered by 5-8 day delivery with insurance and delivery confirmation.
The one with a very good used battery is $250 delivered.

1. does it accept zip drives?

just upgraded from a 2000 OS9 to OSX and can't use my zips to transfer and can't do that firewire either! gotta transfer old stuff to new baby. can't don't like their heated bed leaving, but ok with there new desk sleeping area.

2. I'll include a USB SuperDisk external drive

I don't have any 120mb disks for them but the ibook sees them (I have a 1.4mb disk that fits in it)

The ibooks I have for sale have one USB 1.1 port, and I've read that 1.0 USB devices will work in the 1.1 port. If you're interested in the ibook, power, and superdisk let me know (I only have 5 superdisk available to spread amongst the 10 ibooks).
