I adjusted the shipping rates on this Troika vase. I'm curious to see
what the cost comes to for others. Will someone click and tell me what the shipping charges to your zip code are? This whole shipping thing is driving me crazy. I just sold my Little Kiddle for $30 and it weighs nothing but the shipping was $7.50. Now when I checked this vase which is a lot heavier I came up with the same shipping cost so I changed some things.

11. Thanks Vickiss. And check out the question I just got in my email
"How big is this vase? We need some targets for a baseball throw we are sponsoring."

I think it is quite funny really but I don't know how to respond!!

2. To zip 27520 -- North Carolina

Priority US $11.75
Estimated delivery 2-3 days*

Parcel Post US $14.41
Estimated delivery 2-9 days*

Why is Priority less costly than Parcel Post?

$11.75 for priority to 77089-TX
$14.41 for parcel to 77089 - why is that more expensive?

6. I believe it could be that "Parcel" involves more overland.
And "Priority" involves more time in the air.

Gasoline/Diesel prices, you know.

It was $14.05/$15.32 to me (SF Bay).

7. 'Parcel' used to be the cheap way to go vs. paying more for speed.
And that's been recently as I send lots of packages every year during the holidays.
I'm honestly surprised.

8. I, too, was surprised.
But just a bit.

Freight rates are bouncing around a lot right now.

I don't even try guessing rates on items we ship from the Gallery anymore.

UPS rates can change by the hour.

14. Thanks babylon. I'd like to get good enough at the ebay thing to offer
free shipping. A lot of people are doing it now and I personally find it a big selling point.

But so far I have sold #1 item in the last year so I might want to wait until I incorporate or something.
