I have an idea, but need help to develop it into a workable

entity--if that is possible. Welcoming suggestions--even if it is to tell me its not workable.

It would be a DU'er trust based movie and book exchange.
The way it would work would be that you would gather what movies and books that you would be willing to share in our community.
Then there could be a list where everyone posts what they are offering in one thread. If you are interested in that person's items, then you would contact them. The trust would be for them to offer it again when they are finished with it.
There wouldn't be any fees or anything, but for every book or movie you mail out, you enclose a media mail prepaid envelope (you can do it online). That way for every item you receive, postage is already paid to the next person in way of you paying for what you send out.

Any comments, ideas or suggestions?

1. I see two possible snags (sorry)

1. The loss of anonymity might be too big a price to pay
2. How would you control for someone signing up to game the system, to get a ton of books/movies for free with no intention of ever passing them on?
