I need a website designer for my new non-profit organization

I've just begun the process to start a non-profit organization. See this thread:

Once it is fully incorporated in a couple of weeks and I begin to develop it, I will need a website for it. Problem is, I know less than nothing about how to do that so I'm willing to hire someone to work with me to develop it. I have ideas on how I want it done and what I want for it, I just don't have the knowledge, ability or skills to do it.
