1. On a Seperate Note
I saw on Jon Stewart tonight Bush was receiving quite a lot of praise on his Africa tour. I had read an article in the Toronto Star that pretty much said his plan was a success and has saved millions of lives and that throughout Africa they think of him as a hero. I have heard PEPFAR (Bush's AIDS bill) been criticized quite often, yet from what I can see it turns out to be a success...what think all of you? Is this true or not? In other words, is there one good thing we can say about Bush before he leaves?

3. well yeah...
I mean, what do DUers think of his legacy on AIDS in Africa? I've heard criticism on PEPFAR before, but from what I've been hearing they love him over there...

4. That's fine.....but
The best thing the scummy little shit can do is withdraw from public life to fill in his coloring book of memoirs.

5. alright yeah...
...I hate Bush too, but I am wondering what people think here of his recent praise in regards to AIDS in Africa?

9. I saw that, too...
... and it took me by surprise: Bush had a policy that... worked? I'm not familiar enough with PEPFAR to answer your question, however. For example, what have been the criticisms of it in the past?

6. Bush has a flat on his Karma Wheel.
If the Buddhists are right, my guess is that he's in for several centuries in hell, followed by two or three hundred lifetimes as an insect or animal before starting over as a human again.
