correction for the 25+ acres in Charlotte County

I screwed up..and my sig other is a monster about it...seems we have approx 1,000 feet waterfront, not 1,500 and it is not a triangle at all, but a rectangle. It is 25.27 acres, but it is NOT laid out the way I posted originally. We have looked at it so many times I thought I knew and when hubby saw it he had a conniption!!!

1. Lovely area.

My parents used to live in Warm Springs and I would drive through Staunton on my way there.

2. It is beautiful...we purchased the land the very day we saw it..we

don't want to sell, but right now we are in a bind. Hubby is looking for some film we took when we were there last and I will post something more close up and personal at a later date. I was born and raised in VA but on the coast so the hilly forests are a retreat for us. We camped out there, but we have not built.

4. I appears to be a good deal, we are selling it for $90,000 through

a realtor. There is 27 acres w/pond and all the trees cut down in Charlotte County selling for $98,000 (link to picks of that property: http://www.davenport-realty.com/l04770-02.htm )and our property is a lot prettier, so we are offering even a good deal at $90,000. I guess Monday we will sign on with the realtor as I faxed him all the paperwork yesterday and he is in Keysville and will go to take photos to post on his site and he advertises up north for people looking for a deal on property cheap for them. Oh, I forget to say it has 3 streams on the property..seems the realtor thinks that is important. I forgot to tell him about the electric and phone to the land..guess I will fill him in on Monday. He seems enthusied, but I guess that is his job?
