2. No, you are absolutely right...

I was waiting for an OK to do this and a lot of hours went by without a response, so I was a little hesitant...but as far as I'm concerned, time is of the essence for Andy, so bid away. I manage the resort and we do this a lot for charity, so we are legal on our end. I think open bidding would be great!

I manage the property but we have the advantage of "giving away" a certain amount of weeks for charitable causes, which we can write off under advertising. We donate to Harry Chapin World Hunger and Food For the Poor and several other local charities. I have been authorized to donate two weeks for Andy.

24. Not a lot of golf courses in the Keys...small islands

but twenty miles up the road in Florida City there is a large course (Keys Gate), and there is a course in Key West but that is 103 miles away. Also there is a very exclusive but private course at Ocean Reef where the rich and famous play. That is about twenty miles away. But we have the only miniature golf course in the Keys right at our own resort. But it really is a "miniature" golf course. Built for us by our local high school, and the $2 per week fee goes to the school for school projects.

But ask me about fishing or diving or shrimping...we are on the Florida Bay and Adams Cut going across to the ocean, and you can dip for shrimp in the colder months (Oct - March) right off of our shore line. Much tastier than golf balls!

SoCal has one unit for $550 and Kathy in Cambridge has the othe unit for $575. I see that as a cool $1125 bucks for Andy. But I will accept bids until midnight!
