1. Is the same shipping fee aplied for each book ordered?

Like if I ordered 6 books, would that $2.99 fee be on each book?

2. No, both Amazon and Alibris will combine shipping.

I've had many people buy multiple books, and the shipping fee is better for multiple.

I think it's the standard fee for the first book, and then a reduced fee for each additional book. I have no control over the shipping fees, as they handle that for me as part of my merchant account.
