I bought 5 acres, farmhouse and barns in South Central Michigan with hopes of starting fruit and vegetable gardens. Now work won't let me get home to do it. I either need to sell for $120,000 or find someone thats interested, willing and able to partner.

Not sure if that's the correct term, but some farms allow people to buy shares. Then they get a share of the harvest.

2. that was the plan until

work issues made it impossible to be at the farm(boy, did I figure wrong). Now I would like to partner with someone that could be there to manage or buy.
