GREAT MUSIC FESTIVALS

from MONTEREY to WOODSTOCK

Newport Folk - Big Sur - Berkeley - Isle of Wrght

Fabulous Photos * Songs * and Stars

This 120 page book is a compilation of the greatest Rock, Folk and Jazz festivals and their music and photos, stars and commentary. There are about 42 songs with words cords and written music and words.

Including

The Beatles - Blood Sweat and Tears - Johnny Cash - Chicago - Creedence Clearwater Revival - Joni Mitchell - Crosby, Stills, Nash &Young - The 5th Dimension - Santana - Sly & The Family Stone - Grand Funk Railroad - Three Dog Night - Kris Kristofferson - The Who

This is the only book I have seen that has such a complete compilation of the rock festivals of the 60's and 70's. It includes an introduction by Ralph J. Gleason from Rolling Stone Magazine who describes the great social movement that were musical festivals. He presents details that one wouldn't know unless they studies each festival separately.

On the front page it says: "All photographs in this book were supplied by Jim Marshall and Baron Wolman." and "Further information and references may be found in "The book of American Celebrations Festivals" published by Collier-Macmillan, Ltd

There are at least 37 photographs in it, including a famous one of people bathing nude in a pond at Woodstock and others that I am sure you will recognize.

1. It sold! $50.00 It was worth it because it is a very good book that I have had
for a long time. This is the biggest sale I have ever had on Ebay.

I think I am going to use Bonzele for regular items and Etsy for handmade items. The auction thing and 7 days to sell makes me too nervous. I'd rather just put things up in a little booth and see what happens.

I had some fun with my mom today. She has been saying for the last few years that she wanted to sell on Ebay but she never did , (can't get the photos on the computer.....not computer savey). So together we took pictures of some of her used but very nice clothes and I probably will put them up on Bonzele.

Everyone here has been great. Thanks for all your help!

I'll keep everyone posted about the other sites.
