A little while ago, I posted that I would contribute half the profits from my "Intelligently Designed Moron" t shirt to Andy Stephenson. But as I was typing that post, and particularly the line "he needs it more than I do" I realized the absolute truth of that. I have health insurance, Andy doesn't. I'm fairly healthy. I still have a check coming in every week. Among citizens in George W. Bush's Amerikka, I'm pretty lucky.

Ergo, I am going to pledge half of ALL my sales for the month of May, to Andy, and I challenge all cafepress shop owners who post here on DU to do the same.

4. I'm rethinking this...

My last couple of months have been pretty slow. Considering CafePress doesn't pay us for 45 days, it'd make more sense for me to just send him some dough. I didn't get in on the first round because I didn't catch the thread until you all were congratulating everybody on the fundraising. But I'll find a more efficient way to help out.
