Kudos to Exquisite Form.
If you saw my post earlier, you will know what this is about. I called the mfgr of the Bras in question. Told them the whole story.
She asked me to send them the two I bought from Ebay and they will replace them with two of the style I want. No cost to me. No questions asked. I told the woman that I bought them on Ebay and that the size 38 was two inches longer than the style(same brand and size) I already own. She said that was OK, just mail them back.
I am amazed and very appreciative. It is really hard to find any company to do this sort of thing any more. My intent in calling was to find out if they are aware of any outlet for the one I like. I never expected to be treated so nicely.
My thanks to them.
They also own Fruit of the Loom and Vanity Fair among other lines. They have my business from now on.

Most businesses have become so customer-unfriendly that it's almost like you don't even exist to them. Just try calling AT&T with a question, for one example. I think the big secret for a business to advance ahead of its competitors is to great the customer like gold (because they are).

So sad that this is the exception, not the norm.x( There a few good places left to shop and i make it a point to tell then why I remain a customer.
