My Book - Liberation Angels

As some of you may know if you have followed any of my sagas here at DU, I have a book contract with a major international publisher on fascism and particularly on a small group of Americans who fought fascism in Nazi occupied France and later in Argentina and finally here in the United States.

where you can read my comments of introdcution ,wacth some of the musical artists i am either working with or want to work with on the soundtrack and in the film (it is a contemporary story set in NYC where the protagonist is doing a documentary on the story and learns all about it through this doc project but starts learning the real details of US financing of Hitler (Wall Street, Bushes, Rockefeller et al) which endangers the protagonists' life.

This story is loosely autobiographical but is based on historical fact, though I am not the protagonist in the (film) story (which is copyrighted by the way so nobody can steal this idea from me and get away wit it anymore (It WAS ripped off and done as a book and a showtime movie already but really shitty ones)

Liberation Angels is my DU name which I used BECAUSE I am working on this film/book project of the same name (my contract calls for the film rights to be sold when or even before the book is actually published).

I am also working on a documentary of the story (and the making of the film) and these, along with the book, are nonfiction and also contain large autobiographical/memoir elements. (I did, for example, get death threats for reporting on this stuff repeatedly and was even threatened by people claiming to be NSA or intelligence federal authorities (they were bluffing) for revealing classified secrets. I dropped the whole thing for awhile due to these threats and my fiance's pleading with me to let it go and move on, which i did, but my fiance moved on and I moved back to it.

PLEASE TAKE A LOOK at my youtube site and get a feel for what i am doing, check out the archives and playlists, I have not yet uploaded any of my own material (I am relatively new to the technology and the whole youtube scene and want to put my best work out when It is really good and not before).

So I am asking for opinions on what folks think of the project and what interest there is here at DU.

Would anyone here even buy a book like this (I'll sign copies)? Do you know others who would?

Would you like a copy hot off the press when it comes out with a personalized inscription by me and maybe an invite to the opening and/or book parties etc. (no agents mike or mikettes, though i am sure you can come if you put your nasties on hold or in disguise as a DUer)

My pubisher tells me I waste too much time on DU and it is a waste of my time.

I say DU has some rally smart people who would probably buy my book if they knew enough about it.

Am I crazy for thinking that???

Let me know and please friend me or subscribe etc at youtube for updates so you will be at the front of the line when the book comes out and I do signings etc. And PLEASE tell your friends.

(And there is also a link there for the DU Youtube channel which is mostly dormant but I am hoping to change that soon)

If you friend me there you can send me your private email or whatever you are comfortable with or your youtube mail and I can make sure you are first on the list to get my new book which will be out in 2011 at the latest (we are going to press soon with volume I as the story is a three parter, really).

Also I need all the prayers to the angels or whoever they are to help make this happen and succeed so if you are so inclined and can't buy a book please send prayers, good vibes, whatever. If you are really broke I maybe can send you an online version free but that is up to my publisher as we do not want free copies floating around the net or me and my kids will starve.
