where they have tutorial with a kit.
http://www.etsy.com/transaction/29942342 -This is the one I bought.
I also watched a bunch of videos on Youtube. The one thing that confused me most was some people were putting stickers or cut outs over scrabble pendants, dominoes, glass and some other things and that is considered resin and you will get that in the tutorial that I bought. They look 3D because of the stuff you cover over everything.
Then there is the small piece that you buy, (that will probably come with the tutorial) where you can use the epoxy to get it to dome.
And now I realize that this tutorial does not have the jewelry making molds which is what I really wanted to eventually do. There is a place called Resin Obsession and the woman who runs it is very nice and will answer all your questions. She has molds and everything you need. And if you look on Youtube
You can borrow this from your library or buy it online fairly cheep

http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=resin+pendants&aq=fSome people just show the things they made and others give tutorials.
Ask me anything and I'll try to send you to the place that has the answer! I'm new at this myself. I threw away about 30 pieces so far because they were mixed wrong or I used the wrong stuff etc.
