That's not the same as saying it actually does those things. It's pretty in a funky sort of way, but it's a quack remedy.

wording, chillax. No one is saying it's going to cure the world's problems. It's a whimsical necklace. Jeez, some people on here are uber-nitpicky! :(

The description is trying to create the impression that wearing the item has some positive health benefits. Yet it's phrased the way it is to be able to deny any such claim if pressed on the matter.

an ass. The way that is worded is the common wording for so many things such as vitamins, medicines, herbs, etc. These beliefs on all such things are passed down through time as ancient lore. It's also part of the fun and mystique.
