As government forces, paramilitary and guerrillas vie for power and territory in Colombia, thousands of people are dying and millions are left homeless.
On May 20, churches in the United States and Canada are petitioned to come together with those in Colombia to worship, reflect and pray for victims, perpetrators and peacemakers.
On May 21, churches are called to make a public witness by speaking with government officials, holding public vigils, sharing stories and doing other activities to advocate for justice and peace in Colombia.
