Truth about 666, the beast and the seal of beast
Peace to you!

I've published the article:

http://my666.boom.ru/666_en.html

This material makes understanding of Revelation more clear and will help to be saved for many many people and will help to avoid terrible plagues for many other people!
You will not carry any responsibility for this link since this material was signed by me!
But availability of this material is important for now as never before!
Be bless!

Announce:

At the age of thirteen I was thrown into another world by a fateful accident. Clinically pronounced dead, I returned from the afterlife with knowledge rarely glimpsed by the average person. This experience has defined my life as a person with each foot in a different world. Explaining the afterlife to those who have not had a near death experience requires breaking down the illusions that most people hold of what they call "reality". I hope that my experiences can enlighten others while allowing me to share my insights with my fellow humans.

I have received the seal of the beast in afterlife world 20-22 years ago. Main information - the first who meets us in afterlife world is the BEAST which is described in Bible, but not God as many think!

BEAST. This creature has size about 12 meters in height. This creature is able to stay on two legs and has very long tail (so it also 30 meters long including the tail).
IMAGE OF BEAST is any creature who has seal of beast with spirit of beast inside and without man's status!
MARK OF BEAST. After sealing up appears imprint! This imprint has name - mark. It looks like black tattoo which is putted on spirit (not on body) therefore can not be cutted out. It contains the head of dog with iron slam on head.
SEAL OF BEAST. The beast has the seal. It is like iron seal on a long pole. Any host is able to mark by seal of beast.
666 is number of men who will be marked by beast but will be saved!!! (i.e. common number of saved from all who will be marked by beast).
FOREHEAD whole forehead bone from brows up to top of head! The seal of beast is fatal when it putted on forehead or on any hand.
NAME OF THE BEAST. The beast has name, same as any creature who was created by Creator.
NUMBER OF NAME OF THE BEAST is number of people who will call themselves by name of the beast. I.e. 666 is number of people who will be saved from the lake of fire with seal of beast on any place. But the number of name of the beast is number of people who will call themselves same as the beast.
HOST is creature (man or angel) who received the seal of beast!!! Host can to mark up anybody by the seal of beast!
ROD OF IRON is spirit of beast which is inserted into us horizontally.

37. "...based on prophecies of God-Father and on my own experience"
The problem is we can't vouch for the latter and you can't speak for the former.

Where does that leave the discussion?

126. nickols, I believe prayer comes in many forms. I don't pray to
a patriarchal God. The God in the Old Testament is a bit of a monster, in my opinion. I don't like him very much. He has a short temper.

Many people in the world do not go to Church, do not follow the Judeo-Christian Bible.

Do you accept them? Or do you try to make them change?

133. In the Reform Jewish community, God is very much changed since those times.
The God of the Old Testament is a cranky old tyrant. He is frequently explosively merciless.

I don't like him much at all.

In the contemporary Reform Jewish community, there is considerable and visible mercy, a One-ness of all things, interactive in the cosmos. It is an affirming God who presides over his people, not the bi-polar crazy-ass of the Old Testament.

I'm sorry, nichols. I think you are mistaken on this point.

141. I'm sorry, nickols. Argue the point. Human concept of "God" changes
from era to era and from culture to culture.

That's pretty well documented, isn't it?

147. Well, we live in it. And we're responsible for navigating through it.
You aren't doing that in this thread. You're pretending to be the sole witness to a unique experience, and you want everyone to read it and believe it, too.

That's cheating.

Speak to us as a person and not as a prosyletizer.

That place was wrongly translated!
Correct translation is:
Revelation 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of men; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

8. Looks like nickols_k has been reading David Koresh and Vernon Howell
...Be careful my brother, religious cults have hidden agendas and are dangerous.

The Works of David Koresh
and other Branch Davidians

These are files I downloaded from Mark Swett's huge Branch Davidian/ David Koresh archive which has now closed down. They are by no means all the files that were in the archive, however there are also files contained here which were not available in the Mark Swett archive.

David Koresh

Oh David, what have they done! Having eyes they did not see, having ears they would not hear, having tongues they spoke lies thereby deceiving many. Surely they shall be judged.
Only one question. I don't care if you're into drugs. Drugs are bad! You should know - they're killing you. I don't care if you're an alchoholic. You know that alchohol is wrong! I don't care if you can't keep your marriage together. All I care about, when I judge men, is one thing - do you want to know the Seven Seals.

VERNON HOWELL

AND THE SEVEN SEALS

by Marc A. Breault
13 May, 1992

(c)Copyright 1992 by Marc Breault

INTRODUCTION:

Anyone who has had significant contact with Vernon Howell (n.k.a. David
Koresh), will realize that the seven seals of Revelation are central to his
theology. I am often asked what Howell teaches regarding these seals. This
document is a response to that question.

Howell's theology is very complex. His Bible studies often last for hours.
Thus, a full exposition on the what and why of his theology could probably
occupy a number of chapters in a book. Therefore I will try to keep this
account brief, concentrating on what Vernon teaches rather then on the
"logical" means he uses to arrive at his conclusions. While I will try to
include some of that, I am forced to minimize it for purposes of space.

No discussion of Howell and the seals would be complete without first
dealing with why Howell believes the seals, and his interpretation of them,
are important to him.

WHY THE SEVEN SEALS?

The seals are central to Howell for two very basic, yet powerful reasons.

1. According to Howell, they point the way to the only path of salvation
available to mankind.

2. As the only person who can reveal the meaning of the seven seals, Howell
claims this as proof of his divine origin.

Both points listed above lead naturally into one another, and form the
basis of Howell's methodology for obtaining converts. The first is used to
establish an almost unbearable guilt trip in the potential convert, while
the second points the person to Howell, the solution for ridding the person
of the intense guilt. In my subsequent research, I have found that many
Christian cults operate along these same lines, although their specific
methodologies may be different (i.e., they might not stress the seven
seals).

15. Your experiences reflect your state of consciousness
at the time you had this experience.

I have a friend who has been dead six times! Seriously. On one occasion, she had been brutally beaten and left for dead; she was dead and the person who killed her was certain of it. She was greeted by Mother Mary and told she had to go back (she was hoping to stay, this was her 3rd or 4th time). She went back. The person who killed her came back for some reason and was very freaked out that she was alive; he looked up and who did he see standing by her? Mother Mary. Needless to say he had a conversion experience, and is now contemplating it in jail. My friend, whose injuries were so severe as to make it impossible to drive, somehow managed to get her car down treacherous mountain roads to a hospital.

It was not the first or last time that medical personnel were dumbfounded at her story. Several medical people consult her now for various issues, since she has often brought back with her useful information to use in healing. She is not a Native American ("Indian"), but Native American shamans have consulted her for "medicine."

Your experience tells me that you are probably in great danger, having almost been trapped in a distorted and negative dimension; and should immediately burn all of the printed material that you have been erroneously focusing on and seek out a competent individual who is EXPERIENCED in exorcism.

Your posting here, is a cry for help. Think Light. Think Forgiveness. Control your mind starting right now.

Feel free to PM me if you want more specific information.

Revelations is some sort of psychotic rant, in my opinion. When I found out the guy who wrote it had no direct connection with Jesus, and was a hermit--oh c'mon, who knows what he was gathering in the woods, or how he was storing grain, anybody remember the Salem witch trials? As a friend of mine said a while back, in response to the whole Moses/burning bush story: "Hey, I've done peyote in the desert, too."

I hope that doesn't offend your biblical toes.

Edit to corrrect bad spelling. ;-)

24. "Psychotic rant" works for me. That book is bad news and should
never have been canonized.

Having been canonized, it should now be discredited on the exact terms you state.

I like the Jesus of history better than the Christ of faith because it shows a guy who could plainly see the local authoritiesof the Roman Empire were shitheads and that poor and disenfranchised human beings were being trampled.

By the time we get to the letters of Paul, I'm out the door. Paul is nobody's buddy. He's held high in Christian circles, but I'm not a Christian, and I'm not feeling the thrill there at all.

At the far end of the New Testmanet is the "psychotic rant" of Revelation. It's a total mess. It's mercury and LSD and pig brains in a blender.

Our (really mucked up) foreign policy in the Middle East is being driven in no small part by Christian Zionists who are convinced by this book and their own deluded thought processes that the much-desired End Times cannot come until Israel is in complete control of the Holy Land.

34. Yep. For centuries religious extremists have been screeching about
the end of the world.

A family I know in my city with several kids goes to an end-times church, one of the more extreme ones. They believe Jesus is due back within the hour, or something close to that. Next month at the latest.

Somehow they soldier on, even when he doesn't show up. My guess is he isn't going to show up next month either, or next year, or in ten thousand years.

It's a frightening scenario trying to have a conversation with people like that.

75. Revelations was a contentious issue back then...
but here's why I think it was canonized:

(caveat: these are my thoughts alone, and I do not expect others to be "enlightened" by them).

During the great meet up at Nicene to discuss this stuff, the church had come to realize it had great power over people, but occasionally, as with all religions, there were doubters that cropped up from time to time. People were asking questions, and a ot of these questions were not easily answerable.

Now if you look at the Gospels and James, you see an entirely different view of Jesus and his philosophy than one does in Paul's letters. One of the reasons is that Paul was writing to specific churches at the time, while Jesus was speaking about humanity in general. The message Jesus spells out is one of redemption and forgiveness; Paul, and Revelations start talking about all kinds of things that can happen to "bad" people.

Some of the books rejected at Nicene, could/would even have more validity than those chosen, but because of certain aspects of forgiveness and mercy, they are left out, the idea was to keep people in line with the church and grow, not add more controversy.

When it comes to Revelations, there are a # of things that come to mind and a gazillion questions can be asked, none of them necessarily answerable because of the verbiage used and what it can relate to today. As a for instance, many things could talk about tanks and aircraft today, yet unknown and difficult to describe back then, how does one describe a color?

Revelations though, with all of the hellacious descriptions, fits the needs of the church to maintain power over people by the most basic of means, fear. Fear is born of ignorance, and the more people were kept in the dark, the more they would listen to those who they thought were enlightened, ie, the church and secular rulers...after all, they could read and write very few peasants could claim that at the time.

Under the power of the church, it became easy reign in differing factions, if you didn't go along w/what was decided at Nicene, you went to eternal fire and damnation...pretty cut and dried. Life back then was a living hell anyway, (it is in some places today as well), so it would be better to go along and seek Paradise in the next life, since one was denied any form of paradise in this one.

Revelations may be the most misunderstood book of the Bible, and people dwell too long on it, thereby missing the GOOD things that are taught. The short list:

Forgiveness
Empathy
Compassion
Peace
Justice
An end to hypocrisy
Fairness
Acts of compassion and common decency
Feeding the poor
Clothing those that are cold
Thinking

Maybe it is just me, but if we concentrated on that short list, life on earth would not be so hellish for many that "have been forgotten".

Today, those that get the play time for their religious views, regardless of affiliation speak of hellfire and damnation, they believe it is their "mission" to save the world, never understanding that if one really wants to do that, it is better to go by merciful principles as opposed to principles that merely enhance the vision of an all powerful religion, a religion is merely what man understands of it. If those principles are of destruction, hate, powerlessness of the common man, threats or promises of something few have little knowledge of, it is a bad religious choice.

I consider my self a Christian only because I believe in the principles that Jesus spoke of, and in the OT, washing one's hands and utensils before cooking and eating. I reject many things in the Bible, such as creation, and stoning one's son in the back yard if "he offends you", or placing menstruating women in confinement.

If one looks for the good one can do, people will be attracted to your points of view, it is entirely their decision to accept a religion, but it should never be coerced by fear and ignorance.

FWIW: I chose to answer this post only because I agree it Revelations should never have been canonized, and w/no intent of "popping" Old Crusoe for his post, as I have been mistaken for doing that in the past when I enter a thread midstream....:hi:

83. It's a great post, rasputin1952.
You owe no apologies for posting such intelligent insights on one of these boards.

Your observations on the canonization of that book seem about right to me. The general tone of the folks in a position to canonize versus the ones who don't accept what they canonized also rings true. Quite a bit of that tone has not changed much, and I don't mean just the Catholic heirarchy, but all Protestant denominations as well. Throw in the Mormons while we're at it.

Great post.

85. As long as a post is on the boards, people can throw in. You did, and
you brought some genuine insight and understanding to the canonization of a troubling book of the Bible.

I want to like the original poster as a person but the book he cites in defense of his argument is one of the books I have no respect for.

This particular book of the Bible is not the Bible at its best. It's about punishment, and punishment seems to overlay just about everything the OP posts in this thread. All fire but not light.

I use the "seek, and ye shall find" scenario a lot, especially w/literalists. It is a call to educate oneself, not a call for following blindly into the darkness stumbling on old pages that mean little today.

There are times when one must look to simple parts of life, and take things back to basics w/o all of the consternation. While it is fine to discuss complicated topics and come to a consensus, one should never use that as an excuse for failing to aid those in need, or comforting those that are troubled. Simple things, like showing compassion and respect for others, doing a random act of kindness, show me more of a person's character than all of the words spoken over religion.

88. In my post #86 here, I am asking the OP to speak to us as a person
and not as a prosyletizer. I and others have given him a hard time here in this thread -- not for sport but from feeling that we're being sold a bill of goods.

This particular book of the Bible seems gruesome and dreadful to me, a truly unstable text. At the far end of it may have been the despair of its author. How empty, or how tortured a life must he have led to have produced such a text? I think it would be well beyond Dr. Phil's range, frankly.

If it's the Bible one wants to study, there are many beautiful, lyrical passages well worth the time. The Beatitudes wouldn't be a bad starting point. The whole tone of this thread would have been different and prompted a much different response had the OP chosen that passage instead.

Rasputin, your profile lists fishing as an interest. A Fred Arbogast Hula-Popper for small-mouth bass on 6-lb test line just before dawn used to define my mornings in the midwest.

As for the OP...I'm not sure he is as barbed as his OP is. While I think he might believe what he posts, I cannot go along w/it. Been down this path too many times before I realized it ran into a brick wall.

Ah, The Beatitudes, if people read that instead of taking things too far in other areas, the world would be a better place. Some of the teachings of Confucius and the Bhudda come into play as well. I kind of like to leave the polydeitic religions out of most of my philosophy, simply because they merely each attest to a human emotion that was misunderstood for eons, and placed upon shoulders of cold rock.

But it might tilt the scales on the next bass tounament...

Kurt Vonnegut (I love him) told an interviewer recently that he thought the Beatitudes would be a better subject to hang on school walls than the Ten Commandments, as the fundies are so fond of.

I like his idea a lot better than theirs.

91. Vonnegut always came up w/some good lines...
As for the 10 Commandments...seems like some people forgot the whole, "not bear false witness" idea in that list.

Speaking of the Big 10, I spoke w/a Rabbi many years ago, and he told me that "Thou shalt not kill", while somewhat more nobler than the original, "Thou shalt not murder", the meanings are completely different. Murder is prearranged, and done in a passion that had brewed for some time on any of many levels, and cannot be justified; killing on the other hand, could be justified on some occasions.

Most people have never delved far into their religion, it can be a scary place; you first have to be willing to look at yourself, before you can move forward. Most people are adverse to looking at painful times in their lives, and they are mentally lazy, as opposed to seeking, they figure that others can do the seeking, and they'll listen to whatever someone comes up with. Bad mistake...:(

If the person who does the talking doesn't have the keenest of senses and gets a message wrong, he passers that on to others who believe it is "Gospel". History is replete with these types of people, they err, and a group goes w/them into the darkness. Sad really, that most of the positives in the Bible are overlooked, and many of negatives are pushed to new heights replacing the good things.

I'll tell you something else that gets to me personally...many of the "Bible types" are FAR to obsessed w/sex. I think Jesus mentioned sex like 3x, but he mentioned hypocrisy like 40x. Big disparity there, and looks to me like hypocrisy is far more important than sex in the context of things. The "thumpers" get most of their views on sex from some OT lines and the Letters of Paul. In any case, they are quick to condemn others, and thereby increase hypocrisy...interesting. Might just be time to own up before challenging others; but "thumpers" don't think like that, they use "saving grace" as a weapon against others...which is truly sad.

Hypocrisy is not limited to Christianity though, in Islam, all of these mullahs calling for others to commit murder/suicide are as bad, if not worse, than the yahoo's we have. After all, if it is such a good idea, how come these mullahs haven't tied some kilo's of C-4 or TNT to themselves and taken the express train to paradise? Hypocrisy in all of it's misplaced glory...:(

92. Agree. It's tough to wade through the murky waters to get to the source
of truth, no matter which world faith it is.

Good point on Jesus and sex. For many years we heard the Focus on the Family types (I call that group "Fungus on the Family") blathering about "the traditional American household," by which they evidently meant white heterosexual parents and white Buddy and white Sis in a gated community suburb of Omaha.

I look at the ministry of Jesus and see a single guy rambling around Palestine with 12 guys and a prostitute, and fail to see the "traditional" family unit in that model. And next I take the idea that there's no proof Mary Magdalen was a prostitute, and so defend her against all comers. As it were.

Yes -- the extremist blow-your-self-up folks really leave me chilly. Just finished 2 novels by Sulayman X about the contempoary Muslim perspective, BILAL'S BREAD and ADVENTURES OF A BIRD-SHIT FOREIGNER. Jim Dobson wouldn't like either one of them, nevermind an extemist Muslim. But both were eye-openers.

93. You almost had me w/...
"....12 guys and a prostitute,....", I was just about to ask where it was ever shown that M. Magdalene was a hooker, Then I read the next paragraph...:D

This goes back to OT thinking once again. Now if you REALLY want to start a fight w/some "thumpers", I figured that the woman at the well is a fine example. In one fell swoop, Jesus elevates the status of women and those that had been persecuted by the Jews & Romans of the time, the Samaritans. He also realizes w/the "woman who bled for years", that he was not here for the Jews only, it is a moment of great change for all involved. Jesus has an epiphany at that point, (of several), and realizes he is here for all of humanity, not just the Jews. I've always wondered about the "bleeding" as well, I'm not so sure it was menstrual as so many seem to think. I know that people bleed from all types of situations, usually from different diseases, but quite a few could find little relief under the medicine of the time. She could easily have been a hemophiliac, and had a nosebleed for all we know, she may have been urinating or defecating blood, we have no way of knowing. Since she was female, it has been assumed that she was suffering from a gynecological situation. No way we know about that, just speculation. But her faith saw her through, and that is one important aspects of the situation.

As for the 12 Apostles, these guys didn't seem to "get it", there was a long list of the Apostles not having a clue, even after they saw these things on a personal level...Doubt was a big thing there.

94. Yes. As John Lennon said, "Jesus was alright, but his disciples were thick
and ordinary." Holds true for Falwell and Robertson and many of his modern-day disciples as well.

Yes, the mysterious woman. I even like the interpretation allowing for an emotional bleeding, the bleeding of the soul where circumstances overwhelm to the point of emotional surrender. We won't know what it is exactly, only that suffering and pain are involved.

The many epihanies. Maybe they are there by accident, or just as a matter of chronological "reporting," but if nothing else, they suggest that the more of them we have the more understanding and compassionate we might be. I'm drawn to scientists and aritsts of all sorts because they are in the ephiany business.

99. Hi, Molly. Well, Rossing sounds like someone I'd listen to on the subject,
as opposed to the LaHaye crowd.

As a text, the Book of Revelation is one thing. As a tool for any contemporary Rapturist nutbag, I'm much less persuaded. Biblical scholarship is a respectable thing to me, and I read scholars of the books of the Bible more than some on DU would guess. Elaine Pagels is a favorite. So is A.N. Wilson. Pagels' work with the Gnostics and Wilson's on Jesus and Paul rate as top-drawer favorites.

I haven't read Rossing before but would be tempted to give her a try. I note the Amazon reviews both mention the flack they expected she'd get from the Left Behind zealots.

106. Rossing is an interesting read ... Revelation is controversial
Edited on Mon Mar-26-07 03:54 PM by AliceWonderland
Rossing has been very vocal that rapture theology is extra-biblical and theologically harmful.

As for Revelation, it has been a point of contention since it was written at the end of the 1st century. It was one of many apocalyptic texts circulating at the time, and some might have known other popular books -- say, the Shepherd of Hermas -- instead. Some early church fathers saw Revelation as dangerous or theologically unsound -- though what is interesting is putting it in its historical context. It's a brutal critique of the Roman Empire, and is most fascinating in that light. There's actually a body of literature that uses Revelation to critique modern imperialism, especially in Latin America.

I also just used an article that argues that Revelation can be used to critique how imperialism destroys the environment.

This is not to say that it's a nice or pleasant book, and there's also a body of feminist theory that is frequently (and justifiably) appalled at Revelation. One feminist theorist calls the Jesus of Revelation "the Hunk God" who comes to earth as a macho super-warrior. In any case, I'm doing a lot of work with Revelation, but while it makes me understand it more, it doesn't necessarily make me like it. Just saying there are many takes on Revelation, and some use it for surprisingly constructive causes.

96. Another possibility is that is was code for discussing events of that time?
The Number of the Beast is a concept from the Book of Revelation of the New Testament of the Christian Bible. The Number is 666 in modern texts, although 616 and 665 appear instead in at least one ancient source.<1> Scholars contend that the number is a code for the Roman Emperor Nero,<2> a view that is supported by the Roman Catholic Church.<3> <4>

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Number_of_the_Beast

Lots of info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Book_of_Revelation

Certainly not a literal interpretation of events to come. In fact the scuttlebutt about "end times" didn't begin until about 170 years ago.

Here is a book I've been meaning to read:

http://www.amazon.com/Rapture-Exposed-Message-Hope-Revelation/dp/0813343143/ref=sr_1_1/105-2438524-7440423?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1174880188&sr=8-1

Ordained minister Rossing is ready to do battle with evangelicals both within and outside of her Lutheran Church camp. Rossing, who teaches New Testament at the Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago, begins her sparring by taking on the widely popular Left Behind series and all it presumes to communicate about the future of the world. Claiming that the Left Behind authors' interpretation of prophetic biblical verses is "fiction," Rossing firmly asserts that the Book of Revelation has a completely different purpose than to predict upcoming world uprisings and the eventual end of the earth. Instead, Rossing believes that this biblical vision is meant to inspire humanity to seek out "repentance and justice." Rossing also maintains, somewhat unfairly, that rapture enthusiasts extol a careless, abusive attitude toward God's created world, since rapture theology declares that the followers of Christ are soon to be removed from it. More significant is Rossing's belief that Revelation does not offer a prophetic look at Jerusalem as the inevitable battleground between good and evil, but rather extends the promise of a New Jerusalem that will open its arms to all nations in peace. While Rossing's scholarly work is well organized and obviously carefully thought out, evangelicals may take issue with the blanket statement that "most Christian churches and biblical scholars condemn Rapture theology as a distortion of Christian faith with little biblical basis." This book will likely upset Christian conservatives while appealing to many in mainline denominations.

35. The question, of the authenticity of the Book of Revelation, has sometimes something of a sore point
The following comes from a theologically conservative source, which may influence how carefully the historical doubts have been explored:

... ARGUMENTS AGAINST ITS AUTHENTICITY

The Alogi, about A.D. 200, a sect so called because of their rejection of the logos-doctrine, denied the authenticity of the Apocalypse, assigning it to Cerinthus (Epiphanius, LI, ff, 33; cf. Iren., Adv. Haer., III, 11, 9). Caius, a presbyter in Rome, of about the same time, holds a similar opinion. Eusebius quotes his words taken from his Disputation: "But Cerinthus by means of revelations which he pretended were written by a great Apostle falsely pretended to wonderful things, asserting that after the resurrection there would be an earthly kingdom" (Hist. Eccl., III, 28). The most formidable antagonist of the authority of the Apocalypse is Dionysius, Bishop of Alexandria, disciple of Origen. He is not opposed to the supposition that Cerinthus is the writer of the Apocalypse. "For", he says, "this is the doctrine of Cerinthus, that there will be an earthly reign of Christ, and as he was a lover of the body he dreamed that he would revel in the gratification of the sensual appetite". He himself did not adopt the view that Cerinthus was the writer. He regarded the Apocalypse as the work of an inspired man but not of an Apostle (Eusebius, Hist. Eccl., VII, 25). During the fourth and fifth centuries the tendency to exclude the Apocalypse from the list of sacred books continued to increase in the Syro-Palestinian churches. Eusebius expresses no definite opinion. He contents himself with the statement: "The Apocalypse is by some accepted among the canonical books but by others rejected" (Hist. Eccl., III, 25). St. Cyril of Jerusalem does not name it among the canonical books (Catech. IV, 33-36); nor does it occur on the list of the Synod of Laodicea, or on that of Gregory of Nazianzus. Perhaps the most telling argument against the apostolic authorship of the book is its omission from the Peshito, the Syrian Vulgate. But although the authorities giving evidence against the authenticity of the Apocalypse deserve full consideration they cannot annul or impair the older and unanimous testimony of the churches. The opinion of its opponents, moreover, was not free from bias. From the manner in which Dionysius argued the question, it is evident that he thought the book dangerous as occasioning crude and sensual notions concerning the resurrection. In the West the Church persevered in its tradition of apostolic authorship. St. Jerome alone seemed to have been influenced by the doubts of the East ...

http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/01594b.htm

Incorporation of the book into the standard Christian canon certainly occurs rather late in history: even at (or perhaps somewhat after) the time of the Council of Laodicea, various authorities regarded the text as spurious:

The Canon approved by the Synod of Laodicea (~363 CE)

A synod held about 363 in Laodicea took some action regarding the canon, but its precise decision is unknown to us. At the close of the decrees (or 'canons' as such decrees were commonly called) issued by the thirty or so clerics in attendance, we read (Canon 59) that only canonical books should be read in the church. Thus far the decree is found in all accounts of the synod with but trifling variations. In the later manuscripts, however this is followed by a list of books ...

http://www.ntcanon.org/Laodicea.canon.shtml

The Canons of the Synod of Laodicea in Phrygia Pacatiana

... CANON LX.

THESE are all the books of Old Testament appointed to be read: 1, Genesis of the world; 2, The Exodus from Egypt; 3, Leviticus; 4, Numbers; 5, Deuteronomy; 6, Joshua, the son of Nun; 7, Judges, Ruth; 8, Esther; 9, Of the Kings, First and Second; 10, Of the Kings, Third and Fourth; 11, Chronicles, First and Second; 12, Esdras, First and Second; 13, The Book of Psalms; 14, The Proverbs of Solomon; 15, Ecclesiastes; 16, The Song of Songs;17, Job; 18, The Twelve Prophets; 19, Isaiah; 20, Jeremiah, and Baruch, the Lamentations, and the Epistle; 21, Ezekiel; 22, Daniel.

And these are the books of the New Testament: Four Gospels, according to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John; The Acts of the Apostles; Seven Catholic Epistles, to wit, one of James, two of Peter, three of John, one of Jude; Fourteen Epistles of Paul, one to the Romans, two to the Corinthians, one to the Galatians, one to the Ephesians, one to the Philippians, one to the Colossians, two to the Thessalonians, one to the Hebrews, two to Timothy, one to Titus, and one to Philemon.

http://www.newadvent.org/fathers/3806.htm

Stylistic considerations suggest that the author is not the author of the last gospel, despite some tradition to the contrary, and (in fact) the existing traditions regarding the text are limited. It is difficult to see a clear relation between the so-called "Apocalypse of John" and the gospels or epistles. So what to make of the book remains something of a puzzle.

get behind it anyway. But the more serious the Christian scholar, the less eminent Revelation becomes.

It's marginal and very arguably pointless.

Hollywood would be lost without it, though. They've dipped into it for all sorts of horror tales.

38. May I suggest that you contemplate some gentler text?
The thirteenth chapter of I Corinthians might do nicely:

If I speak in the tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give away all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. But as for prophecies, they will come to an end; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will come to an end. For we know only in part, and we prophesy only in part; but when the complete comes, the partial will come to an end. When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became an adult, I put an end to childish ways. For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then we will see face to face. Now I know only in part; then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known. And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love.

452. Then you know what the Church says about Revelation.
The Russian Orthodox Church doesn't interpret Revelation the way you do in your post. We don't read it in liturgy, and it is rarely studied or preached on. The Church feels it to be a book that is easy to misinterpret, and visions are only accepted after much study and questioning.

53. I used to belong to an apocalyptic cult
Jehovah's Witnesses using some of the more obscure passages from the Bible (mostly taken from Revelation and Daniel) have declared that the world was going to end in 1914, 1918, 1925, 1941, and 1975. Last I heard it was supposed to happen "soon."

I joined the Witnesses in 1973, the year I graduated from college and left in 1988 after deciding it was crap. I'm still a Christian of a moderate sort. I regard people like this to be a blight on my religion, as it leaves people like me trying to explain why they're full of it, and that they don't speak for all of us.

I've posted a few times on the Washington State forum, this is my 1st venture out onto another board here.

64. punishment!
Please understand that sins are result of our wrong words!

John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The word always is cause. Bad words cause sins in our lives! Sins cause punishment for them!

Blessed be!

If there is an Anti-Christ, I'd bet a lot of money that it ISN'T Julie Andrews.

The Roman sentry who administered the crucifixion of Jesus -- did he not convert later according to the report in the Gospels? Was he formerly the Anti-Christ, but then suddenly no LONGER the Anti-Christ?

That must have been an awkward segment of his future interviews.

Edited on Fri Mar-23-07 07:46 AM by MrWiggles
"MARK OF BEAST. After sealing up appears imprint! This imprint has name - mark. It looks like black tattoo which is putted on spirit (not on body) therefore can not be cutted out. It contains the head of dog with iron slam on head."

What kind of dog? I bet it is a poodle (after grooming) because it would suck to have a tatoo of a poodle. People would make fun of you for having such a tatoo and that would be hell!

What have they to do with all of this?

And why iron? Why not use, say, tin or copper?

In fact, wouldn't pure iron be a little soft - would you not need to temper it with say, a couple of percent carbon?

Or you could add some Chromium too and make it into a stainless steel rod that gets inserted into us horizontally.

Aside from that, can I have some of that cow in your picture? I'm pretty hungry.

Also I respect your choice to believe as you wish, but I do not believe Jesus is the King of everyone. I believe if Jesus existed he was human, not transhuman.

We agree in hoping that catastrophes of any sort will be survivable, but of course there were catastrophes long before the time of Jesus, right?

142. I don't follow strangers down dark alleys.
I will share with you a passage about angels.

Today I was listening to two country-folk singers from the United States -- Emmylou Harris and the late Gram Parsons. Have you ever heard of them? They are very good.

In one song they do together, "Grievous Angel," they sing:

"...out with the truckers and the kickers and the cowboy angels..."

--and it's a great passage. It's about being out in the world, out on the road, traveling, perhaps with no destination in mind... just passing the trucks on the highway. The word "kickers" there refers to the slang noun "shitkickers," which sounds like a derogatory remark but I think here it is almost praise.

The last reference is to "cowboy angels," very likely a Beat generation term from Jack Kerouac's writings. He welded the image of the reticent, rough-and-tough cowboy with the divine energy of an angel. A potent image.

That's how I experience angels.

151. Heresy!? That's nonsense. You must understand that a big part
of the United States is how big it is.

It stretches a long way across a continent, just like Asia. Not as big as Asia, but pretty big.

Those references to angels are very important to us.

They appear in our novels and poetry and music.

Do you see why they might be important?

First, let's start with the idea that God exists. We'll get to the angels soon.

So, nickols, what evidence is there for a God? Any God will do. :)

119. Question:
You say that I should believe you because it is based on your personal experience, and the prophecies of the God-father.

1) I didn't believe the people who experienced ghosts, gods & ghouls, I didn't believe those that could see a piece of gargantuan gorgonzola, I've never really been much into believing stuff unless some other people can see it too - so why should I believe you?

2) The way I see it, these prophecies could be interpreted in just about any way you please... and thus, are not evidence for your point of view.

So, tell me, given that your 'experiences' and these 'prophecies' are not evidence at all, do you have any reason why I ought to believe you?

The piano works are tremendous and powerful.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nikolai Lugansky about 4 years ago. He plays the Rachmaninoff 2nd very well, although i think Lang Lang plays it better and Glenn Gould better than both of them.

But the Rachmaninoff 3rd Piano Concerto! It has madness and beauty both!

154. In the Eastern Orthodox Church, the Book of Revelation is not
always well-received.

In the Orthodox Church of America, same thing.

Here is a passage from a website of the Orthodox Church of America, the OCA, written by Father John Matusiak, of the OCA Communications Offices:

_ _ _ _ _

Weird interpretations of Revelation are not new. Already in the second and third centuries there were so many twisted and sensational misinterpretations that the false teachings that arose caused great confusion to the Christians of the time. For this reason, while the Book of Revelation was included in the Canon of Scripture, it was not permitted to be read publicly in the services of the Church.

_ _ _ _ _

I selected the OCA because it is a cousin of the Russian Orthodox practice.

The website for the entire discussion of the Book of Revelation by Father Matusiak is here:

Have you read the Beatitudes? They are much gentler than Revelation, and very beautiful.

For me, the Beatitudes is a more worthy and gentle subject for consideration than the Book of Revelation.

Edited on Thu Apr-05-07 04:14 AM by Old Crusoe
Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are they who mourn,
for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the meek,
for they shall possess the earth.

Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for justice,
for they shall be satisfied.

Blessed are the merciful,
for they shall obtain mercy.

Blessed are the pure of heart,
for they shall see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called sons of God.

Blessed are they who suffer persecution for justice's sake,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

If the Church was corrupt, and it certainly was in many quarters and in many aspects, then it should have been replaced with something better.

Edited on Fri Apr-06-07 05:00 AM by Old Crusoe
Have you ever read William Golding's novel LORD OF THE FLIES?

Or any of William Butler Yeats' poetry? He is one of the most famous Irish writers of the last century.

The first book, LORD OF THE FLIES, is a story about school kids who find themselves wrecked on an island without adult supervision. The story follows their descent into violence and savagery. Along the way, though, there are startingly beautiful moments.

One of Yeats' poems, a very famous one actually, is called "The Second Coming." Its last line is, "What rough beast / its hour come 'round at last / slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?" It is one of the most-discussed poems in the English language. I mention it because while a lot of Yeats' poems are gritty and tense, many are also lyrical and beautiful.

My point is that there is a huge world out there that contains both darkness and light. From the Psalms: "I am both fearfully and wonderfully made."

The Book of Revelation is all darkness and tension to me. I read it with a sense of dread and unease. I wish it had never been canonized. Do you understand why I feel so negatively toward that book? I choose Golding and Yeats -- and many others -- as guides, and not the author of the Book of Revelation.

7th verse of "Among School Children":

Labour is blossoming or dancing where
The body is not bruised to pleasure soul.
Nor beauty born out of its own despair,
Nor blear-eyed wisdom out of midnight oil.
O chestnut-tree, great-rooted blossomer,
Are you the leaf, the blossom or the bole?
O body swayed to music, O brightening glance,
How can we know the dancer from the dance?

But I'll admit to a strange sense of humor when it comes to the Divine Religious Ineffables. (Well, except for deities like Isis and Aphrodite, whose artistic depictions by our pagan ancestors make them look extremely effable.)

e.g., as I type this, I'm sitting in Alexandria, Egypt, and all the mosques for miles around just started blasting the Big Friday Prayer Call. Sort of like Spinal Tap, the muzzeins crank their minaret amplifiers up to "11" and try to out-yell each other.

I call this the "Allahpalooza." :-)

197. Hi, onager. What an exciting place you are in right now!
I'm very envious.

The Nile! Talk about one of the great rivers of history. Look around for Alexander's tomb. I have a feeling it's somewhere near where you are, and not out at Siwa in the desert. If we could locate Alexander's tomb, we'd find his cop of The Iliad -- the one annotated by Aristotle. That would be worth holding in one's hands!

I am struggling in vain to separate the dancer from the dance here. I am not a Revelation kind of guy. On one level I try to firehose proselytizers, but on the other I am interested in what someone from another country or culture has to say. I'm digging through the bag of magic topics but haven't scored a diversion yet. Rachmaninoff? Yeats? LORD OF THE FLIES? The Beatitudes? I'm drawing a big blank here.

Love your term "Allahpalooza." Absolutely perfect.

South on the map, not all that many miles from you, Hadrian's lover Antinuous drowned in the muddy waters of the Nile. Or drowned himself, or was pushed -- we have no idea the exact details. A film is scheduled to be made of Hadrian's life in 2008 based on Margaret Yourcenar's novel MEMOIRS OF HADRIAN. I love it that you are posting from Egypt. What a gas.

Alexander's tomb is a major local obsession! Back in the Fifties a Greek waiter here became (in)famous for his tomb searching. He would go out after work, at 1 or 2 AM, and dig random holes all over Alexandria. He didn't find anything but provided much work for local doctors, setting sprains and broken ankles.

Unfortunately, both Alexander and his tomb are most likely LONG gone. And that poor guy had some incredible post-mortem adventures. He was probably the most well-traveled corpse in history, with the possible exception of Eva Peron.

First Ptolemy Soter hijacked his funeral procession and moved the body around Egypt. He had Alexander buried, like King Tut, in a solid gold sarcophagus. The later Ptolemies ran into a financial crisis and melted down the gold, putting Alexander into his famous glass coffin.

Roman emperors were especially hard on the old guy. Octavian leaned over to kiss him and broke off his nose. Caracalla stole his armor and shield. Possibly for that reason, the residents of Alexandria jeered Caracalla during his triumphal march thru the city. Somewhat like GW Bush, Caracalla didn't take criticism well and slaughtered quite a few of the citizenry.

Here's a great book I found on the subject. I got it here in Alexandria but Amazon has it:

Alexander's Tomb: The Two Thousand Year Obsession to Find the Lost Conqueror by Nicholas J. Saunders

Amazon link:

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw/102-4594697-6572157?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=Alexander%27s+Tomb

Weird Trivia Note: Greek law forbade burial grounds within the city limits, and you can still visit the evidence of that law in Alexandria. (There was one big exception here, of course: the Soma, Alexander's tomb, which was right in the middle of town.)

The Greek tombs from the Ptolemaic Era here are located in Anfushi to the west and several cemeteries to the east. All these would have been outside the original city limits of Greek (or Macedonian, strictly speaking, I guess) Alexandria.

All these sites are in horrible condition, and since the Anfushi complex is right on the Mediterranean, parts of it are always flooded. I found that out the hard way, when I charged down some ancient stone steps into an unlit tomb and nearly went swimming.

Mustafa Kamel is a small but interesting underground tomb complex on the east side of the city. Some little sandstone sphinxes inside the tomb are almost completely eroded away. But a painting of a Greek hunting scene, high up on a wall, is incredibly well preserved. The colors are still fairly bright and vivid after two and a half millenia.

Sorry for the length. I get carried away...

200. Your hunch that Alexander's tomb is long gone is likely right, I suspect,
although I hope you will forgive my romantic attacment to the idea of finding it.

What an archeological headline that would be.

Please don't apologize for the comments on Anfushi and Mustafa Kamel. If Travel doesn't carry you away, what will? I say more power to you, and again, I'm envious of your opportunity to see Egypt.

'Have an extensive Alexander library but am unfamiliar with Saunders' book. It is enticing. Let me check the ol' wallet and see how much discretionary book money I have for the month. In any case it's on my list now of must-acquisitions.

I was introduced to Alexander through THE NATURE OF ALEXANDER by Mary Renault. She's tough but inarguably fair with her subject, and now and then a brief but very powerful wave of affection for her subject slips into a sentence. She jolted me awake on the subject of this young influential figure, and made me pay attention. I had a reasonably good high school teacher for World History, but he wasn't about to tell us what Mary Renault tells us about Alexander.

You know how grown-ups are -- always keeping secrets!

me than Christians attacking you.

However, we do have in the U.S. many Christians who like to attack.

For example, we have some fundamentalist Christians who like to attack women who have had an abortion.

We have fundamentalist Christians who hate gay and lesbian people.

We have fundamentalist Christians who will not permit their children to enjoy the Hallowe'en holiday.

And others who are upset over scientific theories and stem cell research.

And on and on.

Christians of that sort aren't really Christians, one might say.

I'm accepting prophecies of Jesus but rejecting His teaching.

Example: Matthew 7-1

Prophecy:
Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Teaching:
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? ...

271. That's interesting, but not useful. You and I do not know certain things:
We don't know if Jesus existed.

If he did exist, we don't know if those are really his words.

If he existed and those were his words, we don't know his precise meaning.

276. Are you sure? What about the pious monks whose mission bus plunges
over a cliff in the Andes Mountains one Tuesday afternoon?

Is that a judgment? It seems to me more like a random tragedy. Surely they were pretty good people, most of them likely very devoted to doing good. By their deeds, as you suggest.

It doesn't make a lot of sense in the cosmic view of things to have a God who lets them fall to a fiery death below, does it? What kind of God is that? Those monks' deeds didn't do them a lick of good when their driver lost control of the bus. And the Andes Mountains are tall mountains. They go way, way up. A mission bus driving off an Andes road goes way, way down. Kaboom.

In recent U.S. news has come an old idea -- that if there is a God he is not very good at protecting people. He doesn't protect Buddhists from the Chinese government. He doesn't protect college kids from shootings. He doesn't protect pious monks from car crashes. He's not very good at protecting anyone.

So one's deeds seem to have nothing at all to do with how they are judged, or how they are blessed. It seems to come down to pure luck.

I realize that English isn't your first language. You actually handle English fairly well, better than I do any language other than English.

But a little thing you might have missed: .

That little dot is a period. It's the most typical way to end a sentence in English.

You! don't! have! to! end! every! sentence! with! an! exclamation! mark!!!

The women in the photo are fallen angels, evidently. Fallen though they may be, their cosmetics regimen seems meticulous, if I may say so. As well, they appear to be on close terms. The sheer proximity of the two angels in question suggest that they may have made a pact to fall together, which is certainly heartwarming, not only for the two angels but for their producer/accountants. A rising tide lifts all boats.

Something tells me that neither of those two women own box sets of THE WALTONS.

There is no nasty evil demon threatening to send us to some pit of fire. Instead we believe we come back and have a chance to relearn things we may not have learned in previous lives. Some might call that hell I suppose.

I do know that it leaves us with a sense of urgency in regards to the health of our planet. If one believes they die and go to some "other place" with streets paved in gold, or 40 virgins etc... then there is no real personal need to preserve the planet. In our religion you damn well better take care of nature and its balance because you are going to have to deal with the consequences at one point or another. (not to say some other religions don't care, but they care in smaller numbers and for different reasons)

325. RELIGION IN AMERICA- MAY 11 abc 20/20
"OKLAHOMA OUTRAGE," DISCRIMINATION
AGAINST ATHEISTS TOPIC OF ABC PROGRAM
This Friday, May 11, 2007 ~ Kagin, Smalkowski Family

WHAT: A special two-hour ABC Network program scheduled to air this Friday, May 11 will discuss prejudice against Atheists in America, particularly in the city of Hardesty, Oklahoma, where Nicole Smalkowski was expelled from public school on false charges when she refused to stand in a circle on the auditorium floor with the girls’ basketball team and recite the “Lord’s Prayer."

Her father Chuck Smalkowski was falsely indicted on criminal charges, all because of prejudice against their assertion of their rights as Atheists. American Atheists participated in Chuck’s criminal trial that resulted in three “Not Guilty” verdicts by a jury. Edwin Kagin, National Legal Director for American Atheists, persuaded the jury to swear to believe an Atheist under oath over a Christian if the facts so warranted. Following the verdict, American Atheists and the Smalkowski family filed a lawsuit for civil rights violations by state actors, under color of state law, in the Federal Court of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Smalkowskis, Edwin Kagin, and Richard Dawkins share a nine minute segment of this program that was recorded in ABC’s studios in New York City, and on location in Hardesty and Guymon, Oklahoma. Richard Rice, a Christian, who has agreed to serve as Oklahoma local counsel in the lawsuit, was interviewed on camera in Oklahoma. The four days of filming, condensed to nine minutes, will of necessity omit many things and one or more of the persons filmed may be cut.

WHO: American Atheists members Nichole Smalkowski and Chuck Smalkowski and Edwin Kagin, National Legal Director for American Atheists.

WHEN: Friday, May 11, 2007 for two hours, starting at 9:00 pm (EDT).

WHERE: 20-20 show on ABC television, thought to be titled “Religion in America.”

351. PROPHECY ABOUT NEUTRINO!!!
Edited on Mon Jun-18-07 07:51 AM by nickols_k
Could somebody to help me with spell-checking of this prophecy?

Neutrino is vector of promotion in Universe. Neutrino is azimuth of Creator. Neutrino is source of matter and kernel of Universe. Neutrino is basis for Creation. It defines creation and form for all other matters. It defines creation of new form of matter as primary base. Neutrino is energy inseparable connected with information. Thus, people perceive information as images (visual, olfactory, feels, impressions) have feel influence of Creator. Man is creature with three centres. Spinal cord is center of receiving the energy of neutrino.

360. What? No it isn't! Neutrinos can only interact via the weak nuclear force.
Please, look up the superkamiokande experiment - neutrinos go pretty much straight through the entire earth because they don't interact so weakly.

In other words, neutrinos don't really do much.

In fact, the only reason we know they are there is because of the spread of energies in the other particles involved in nuclear decay.

What say you to that?

Sure, according to prophecy (the standard model) they don't, but it turns out that they do.

366. Wrong. The energy spectrum of beta decay is spread out because the neutrino
has momentum - you know, mass times velocity?

As in, it has mass.

Therefore it is a particle.

QED.

389. It's not a computer model, it's a measurement.
And to me, the markings on my ruler don't look like a "model" to me.

Similarly, the superkamoikande experiment measured this stuff directly (but with a photomultiplier rather than a ruler)

I'm pretty sure we've wasted enough time on this nonsense. There are serious issues at hand we could be discussing. The world is going to hell in a handbasket, and people are taking time to try and wrangle some meaning out of this?!?!?!??!!!!!!!!!!!?

The only reason I'm using this precious bit of time to post here is because this thread, for some unfathomable reason, keeps drifting to the top of the forum.

Thomas Jefferson said it best when he considered the Book of Revelation:

It is between fifty and sixty years since I read it, and I then considered it merely the ravings of a maniac, no more worthy nor capable of explanation than the incoherences of our own nightly dreams. … what has no meaning admits no explanation.

415. Try wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kudzu

Once established, kudzu plants grow rapidly, extending as much as 20 m (60 ft) per season at a rate of about 30 cm (12 in) per day. This vigorous vine may extend 10–30 m (30–100 ft) in length, with basal stems 1–10 cm (1–4 inches) in diameter. Kudzu roots are fleshy, with massive tap roots 10–20 cm (4–8 in) or more in diameter, reaching depths of up to 12 feet in older patches, and weighing as much as 180 kg. As many as thirty stems may grow from a single root crown.

419. HISTORY PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE WORLDS. (proofreading request)
This subject I would like to call as the art story, which has appeared according on listening of parts of prophecies.

The origin of the Creator I don't know and to speak correctly, He is living from the beginning of eternity. In a prophecy I was informed, that to speak about arising of the life because of chaotic movement of molecules, it's possible, but only when we are speaking about the Creator, and that world in which we live, has been created. The age of the Creator is a lot of years - even more than several billions, and is even more. Exactly to say, He simply did not count the days of the His life. In this way, it's possible to call Him as old, but in days, instead of inwardness. All this time He lived absolutely one. In that world where He lives, the same as and in our world, one epoch replaces other epoch. All this time He searched for a meeting with any other mind, with any other form of a life. Most probably, nobody is able to sustain so much years of loneliness. The Creator undertook attempts to commit suicide. At first, that were attempts very quickly to kill Himself, but they have not achieve success. Eventually, He has built something similar to eternal fire, it's similar, to a thermonuclear reactor and has rushed to this fire, but it's not a lake of fire of our world. In that fire He has spent millions years. Eventually, He has got out of that reactor. From a prophecy it was not clear, whether because, fire has died out itself, whether because all it has bothered He. Having got out, He has counted the provisional quantity of time lead on fire. His feeling of guilt has not changed also it strictly proves that above He there is no God, else He simply would offend He for so much years of stay in fire. Moreover, He was not die for millions years of stay in fire strictly proves, that He is living forever. I.e., He exists always. After millions years lead on fire, He drank much and began to look similar to form of sphere. Having understood, that He is living forever, He began to search for ways to brighten up the loneliness and eventually has understood, that it's necessary to make. He began to cut off from Himself pieces of own body and has understood, how to alive that. Then, He has understood, how to restore Himself. Thus was appeared a matrix. The matrix has mind and, in view of, that it's made of pieces of a body of the Creator, at it, sometimes has a desire to take a place of the Creator. I.e., it understands that when the cell has made multiple copies by division itself then sometimes cell, which was born, eats the cell, which has generated it. However, the Creator has expected and has excluded a possibility of approach of such event.

It's necessary to note, that the Creator till now has not lost hope for a meeting with other mind in that world where He lives. That Universe which surrounds us in this world is embodiment of dream of the Creator about a meeting with other civilizations. That set of languages, human and angelic which He has invented, testifies to His skill and aspiration to distinguish casual noise from the signals, capable to bear the semantic information. Moreover, all those processes which exist in our world: radio waves, molecules, light and so on, exist in the world where the Creator lives. He, simply, has understood, what is it by the nature and could program absolutely all them in our world. It's known, only that world where we live is better that world where the Creator lives. If He will find any other mind in His world then even in this case, He will not destroy a matrix because He has beloved our world, which has created. Simply, there will be happen the big symposium, including a theme of how it's better to program in this case.

The world of the Creator!

According on that vision, which I received, the world where the Creator lives, reminds something like stones' desert. The picture was, practically black-white because that world not too abounds with bright paints. I saw a hollow located between mountains. Mountains, represented, enough peaked boulders of dark-grey color, with height in several kilometers. In the middle of these blocks there were looses of stones, the different size and the form, but it's not enough than differing on color from mountains. These stones more often reminded cobblestones, greater, average and small sizes. There are no rivers, lakes, streamlets and, even, pools with water. The conclusion that world absolutely there is no corrosion arose. Above a head was visible the light grey sky with hardly appreciable blueness. Through this smoke was visible the shone disk of is bright-white color. It's reminding our Sun, but in two times more than its visible size when it go down. In a head was various ideas that if will happen nuclear war then our planet would represent something similar to that world where the Creator lives. In this sense, the Creator, probably, can be included to number of people who are capable to wring out slightly damp sand so that from it to strain off to Him a mug of water.

It's turn directs at ideas that, probably, in that world where the Creator lives, a long ago was a destruction of a civilization. Probably, it has occurred because of war, and may be, because of outflow of a high-energy substance. When the Great civilization perished, its representatives as memory of have managed to create a certain form of a life, which is capable to live and survive in any conditions. Alternatively, speaking in other words, they have created the ideal form of a life. It's not excluded, that they have put in pawn an impulse recovering, the form of a life created by them, for that period when consequences of that power accident, practically, completely will pass. In addition, it's possible to draw a conclusion that representatives of that civilization have put
in pawn in the new form of a life desire to recreate the world or to create much more the best world, against of their world. These ideas lead to following conclusions:

<*>The Creator hates us because we are similar to those who a long ago has invented and has created Him, and has doomed to that life, that He had all this time. Still, this can explain that fact, that He has finished quality of our world to such level, that men it's became possible to call a Gods.
<*>Still the Creator hates us that in accordance with His program, He has created us in flesh, and in fact, the flesh has brought that civilization to ruin.
<*>Still the Creator hates us that He is compelled to save some part of those people who are similar to those who have brought the Great civilization to ruin.
<*>Moreover, at the same time He feels the superiority on us, being a copy of that civilization, which He has invented.
<*>Same that fact speaks, that He has made people such, that without He we can nothing. However, He is able to create the forms of an independent life. He has created people dependent on Himself, with the purpose of prevention of destruction of the civilization created by Him.
<*>Same the fact of proves existence of lake fire. He, in any sense, revenge to those who is similar on doomed He to that existence which He lived all this time.

On mind even has come the hypothesis about cycling of genesis of a life. The essence of this hypothesis in short reduced to that the civilization, reaching some critical point, stops the existence, leaving after itself, so-called "a space egg". This egg stores in itself the information, sufficient for creation of a new life. A become activated the egg as the first form of existence of a reasonable life, turns to the most complexes intellectual center or, speaking in other words, the Highest Mind. At a following stage of genesis, the Highest Mind creates electromagnetic and biological forms of a life. Electromagnetic forms of a life help the Highest Mind to create surround world. Biological forms of a life, growing, create an artificial intellect, which helps them to grow. If the civilization, in the genesis, reaches a critical point after, which existence is impossible it leaves after itself next "a space egg", not transferring at all any knowledge which have led to crisis and destruction of a civilization. From the point of view of this hypothesis, average duration of one cycle is equal, approximately, to 5 billion years.

On mind also come ideas that in epoch of the previous cycles, there could be same we but perfectly others. In addition, that there were other Universes, galaxies and stars. Moreover, that around of these stars rotated the most beautiful planets with the fantastic landscapes, covered by fantastic vegetation. Moreover, that there can be, even other a substance of which all world consisted, differed from ours, not speaking about laws of physics also. Mysterious both fine animals and people could occupy these planets. Moreover, that there were countries, the states and empires, and can be, even, the Atlantes. Moreover, we could live, in other worlds and empires, even, more happily, than in a current cycle of genesis of a life. However, unfortunately, all it has turned to ashes. Personally, in my opinion, in so-called "a space egg" may keep some echo of the previous cycle of genesis of a life. However, it has let know only to the Highest Mind. We shall hope that eventually the Creator will throw light and on this hypothesis.

It's necessary to note also, that our creation in hundreds and thousand times it is better than that world in which He lives, regardless the fact that the Creator cursed it. Moreover: lakes, the rivers, the seas and oceans, vegetation occupying our planet, animals, people, a pray, a repentance, a confession, a manna, power of a word and many other things actually are dreams of the Creator which He has embodied in our world. How much I have understood, quality of neutrino, in this last world, has such quality that the substance of physical objects of this world consist all, has turned out much more qualitatively that substance of the world where lives the Creator.

In a prophecy I was informed, that at present time, the Creator has already found out, in world where He lives, something similar to the intelligent signal. He expected approach of this event still before has started to create a matrix. In a prophecy was spoken that He has understood that He is watched. Having understood it, He has approximately defined language on which it's necessary to communicate with those who watch Him. I.e., people, taking a great interest in researches of extraterrestrial civilizations, generate certain signals, which broadcast, through radio transmitters, in space. The Creator has banished one of such signals, through the systems of search of other mind of own world and has received the answer. He hated the previous worlds still because in them there could not be a signal of the correct form, which would help the Creator to find other Mind. Idea of such signal, He put in those or other people of all previous worlds, maybe, except for the very first. Moreover, it has served as an occasion for the invention of devil properties the Creator which, by the way, is not only at a devil, but also at some people. He has beloved this world still and consequently, that in this world such signal, at last, has been generated. Moreover, if the Creator will come into contact to other Mind that, is not excluded, that He will create model of that Mind in our world to study it better from all points of view. He can make it, even if other mind will be found out as more absolutely and more strongly, than He is.

In a prophecy, it has been explained also, that the Creator has doubled quantity of places for the saved people and plans, in this connection, to materialize an epoch of the beast in a miniature. I.e., absolute all people will not be saved in any case.

It is necessary to note also, that our world is analogue of the card of the Creator. I.e., it would be enough simply to show this world to other Mind and that Mind would have a full representation about opportunities, skill and dreams of the Creator. However, looking at so joyful event the Creator never will go on infringement of those rules and laws, which He has established in our world. Simply, because He does not want, that other Mind has declared that the Creator is not able to program at all. However, on reduction or, in some cases, a canceling of punishments for sins the Creator is almighty and to be agree.

1 John 2:14

I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known Him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

My article teaches that the Creator lives from begin of the eternity!

If not, who created the Creator?

428. Yes, eternity may have no end in future, but
it may have beginning!

Means VECTOR has beginnig and has no end! But even in this case vector is infinite figure.

432. In linear algebra,
a coordinate vector is an explicit representation of a vector in an abstract vector space as an ordered list of numbers or, equivalently, as an element of the coordinate space Fn. Coordinate vectors allow calculations with abstract objects to be transformed into calculations with blocks of numbers (matrices and column vectors), which we know how to do explicitly.

460. APPEAL
Those who accepted Christ believe themselves and convince others in their own nullity and helplessness.
Well, a man is that how he thinks about himself.
If he had not hoped for himself if he is weak and the poor in spirit then he goes to Jesus. He needs someone who would be able to solve all problems instead of him.
He accustomed that nothing depends from him.
He accustomed that impossible to do anyhing without Lord's permitions, that God monitors every his breath, every act, every thought, and that's impossible to make a step foot without fear of God's offending.
What God gives him as exchange?
They say that the assistance they say that support they said that life after death.
Only where such assistance, this support, this life after death? Who saw it?
Outlive great anguish and deprivation, dedicated to the Lord saying: It is God tries me, it's He tries my faith and watches: wheather I worthy of His and His Kingdom.
So dies whole and in the mud and wounds, unable to grumble at the Lord.
So dies and, holding a unfounded hopes for Paradise.
So dies and, failing to grasp all the impotence of Christ.
Because there are no heroes of the Christ in His glory, but - martyrs.
Not wisers speak from His name but squalids.
Because, as told His devotees: Az unworthy ...
Your Jesus is God of unworthy.
Do you know Christ? Did He admid you to his innermost?
Or are you still under control of his servants - pastors?
So, I will say to you that the pastor who believes in Christ is like blindman - guider of blindmen. Because he does not know where is target, and his flock of one another leads.
Unbelieving pastor same is worse of scoundrell.
Has flock to false goals, knowing full falsity of it. Maintains all, but did not approaching it any closer.

He said Nazaryanin: Love your neighbour. And he said: love your enemies.
And I say to you: 'Love yourself first, because without love to yourself it's impossible to imagine any no other love.
And respect the enemy, as a worthy enemy better than unworthy friend.

Go to Him, if you believe to anybody in the word.
Go to Him, if you think that not your parents conceived you, shading with it their love and their desire, but He breathed life into you.
Go to Him, if you believe that out of the mud, He created his image and likeness, and named he - Adam.
Go to Him, if you are frightened Knowledge.
Go to Him, if sex is sin for you, and the only way of coupling for continuing of family.
Go to him, if you not believe into yourself. Go to Him, if you are weak and the poor in spirit.

His loyal dogs once going to you, who eat the bread of LORD. And they will avert you from me.
They say: lost, come to the Lord, because He is good. But that, whom you took in your heart - evil. And all His deeds - evil.
But look around you, human. Where do you see evil?
This world doesn't contain good or evil. What do you CALL with these words?
Look, if who does that what has name - evil, why did he do this? Loneliness pushes him to do so, despair, poverty and disease. Or bad education is cause of that. Or crazy. Or he does not know that works. Or should he strongest of the reasons - necessary.
And where do you see in the Nature the evil? You simply do not accept its laws. Because they are not for a man.
Evil comes to the world only when there are eye which sighted evil, where evil does not in fact. When exists a heart, which feels evil where it does not exist.
The evil born in this heart. And no more of it anywhere. And it comes into this world, when someone tries to do good.
It's impossible to make a good, without causing evil for someone. It's impossible to make evil, whithout causing good for someone.
And neither evil nor good not rule in this world, because they do not exist. They serve only as a manifestation of the two greatest forces, which have names: Needness and Purposefulness.
Which are scales on which balances this world. And fool is the one who does not accept Necessity. And twice stupid one who does not follow to Purposefulness. And three times stupid one who measures all with concepts of good and evil, light and darkness, black and white.
There are many colors in the world, and many hues.
And when you understand this, and merge own desire with concept of Needness and Purposefulness and when you deny notions of good and evil, the you will learn about what is a Freedom.

How devotees serve Him? How they make their rituals?
In churches, they pray prayers. Bow their knees and pray.
Those who call He with Allah name sacrifices victims to He. And Jews bring victims to He like dead animals.
Followers of Crucified bear bloodless sacrifice.
And I say to you: do not shed a blood unnecessarily. Are you hungry to kill this animal? Is this person did bad to you, that you killed him? Have you forgotten that they are like you?
Let followers of Crucified eat the body of his Lord and drink His blood. That's their abomination.

But it's few simply to say: I have disowned him. We should have overcome the hypocrisy of followers of Crucified, those who accepted His faith and His path.
Whom they worship? They worship to the dead body on the cross!
Take away Christ from yourself, my brother.
You are not a Him slave, and respect yourself. And you will become similar to Him, and you will become above Him and you will become out of Him.
