What is the name of the group spearheading mass movement to the Carolinas?

Is it North Carolina or South Carolina? What is the name of the Christian church or group behind this movement?

I think one of my family memeber may be involved and i just wanted to know the name of the group. Thanks for any help you can give, DUers.

On edit: I'm totally for this. Get all the christofascist dogs in one state, this lessening their effect on national votes. Let'em have South Carolina -- hell, let'em declare it the Grand Theocratic Dictatorship of God's Own South Carolina (Glory be! Amen!). It's pretty funny and gives you all the info you need on the loonies. The guy who founded it is in California and isn't going to move himself until 2006 or 2007. According to the story, only 6 people have actually moved.
