Employee blows the whistle on false Medicare reimbursement claims by Catholic Diocese
Dialey Cogley, an employee of the Catholic Family Services (CFS) of the Diocese of Sioux Falls, who blew the whistle on false Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement claims by the organization, will receive a sum of $15,000 under a settlement agreement.

Dialey Cogley was working with the Catholic Family Services of the Diocese of Sioux Falls when she detected a pattern of false billings. According to Cogley, her name was routinely included in reimbursement claims for services provided by other counselors who were not eligible for Medicaid and Medicare payments.

The Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls has not acknowledged any wrongdoing in the case but has agreed to forfeit $90,000 to the U.S. government from which Cogley will receive $15,000 according to the settlement agreement.

3. You, not them. They have direct approval from Jehovah.
Same thing with killing, adultery, etc.

The Ten Commandments are not universal, any more than drug testing employees applies to the CFO, or the police are required to obey the law themselves.

4. Also that bit about bearing false witness.
Could it be that Catholics are no more moral than anyone else?
