1. I really hope
they don't overpitch him at such a young age. He's a joy to watch and I want him to be around a long time.

you better hope the Dodgers don't see Lincecum in the playoffs, they couldn't handle him yesterday even with the umpires on their side.

That was possibly the worst umpired series I have ever seen, culminating in yesterday's game in which your Dodgers got the benefit of at least 4 blown calls, including getting 4 outs in the ninth.

6. Lincecom already showed in the ASG that he has difficulty handeling the pressure
of a big stage ala Kenny Rogers.

8. Sure...every team in baseball wishes they had him
too bad he's not pitching in the upcoming series...he'd show your 8 games under .500 Mets what real pitching is all about...you're getting a break.

Btw, your 18 million dollar pitcher has an ERA of almost 1 run per game higher.

13. No one can handle him...
...except Juan Pierre, who is now 6-12 against him after a pinch-hit triple off him on Wednesday. Makes me wonder why Torre didn't start him.

Tonight the Dodgers get Dan Haren to deal with. *shudder* At least the Dodgers will counter with Clayton Kershaw who has been brilliant his last 6 or 7 starts.

21. quite a likeness
and pretty funny to be compared to someone who is what, 14?

But Lincecum is terrific. I hope all his hard work can turn into a pennant.

7. I suppose when your franchise has NEVER won a Super Bowl, then
I guess it's worth a shot. We'll see what happens when he is activated on Week 7.

He's got a little bit of facial hair coming him!

One of his teammates will have to show him how to use a big boy razor soon.

10. Sure..too bad Mets fans
have been using their razors to cut their own throats, as they watch a team with the second highest payroll in baseball shame themselves on a regular basis.

Hey, 150 million dollar payroll, 8 games under .500..that's a great return.

signed with the Eaglets!
