Marc Brunell to start for Saints tomorrow

Drew Brees not expected to play. Chase Daniels of Mizzou will be elevated to second string for Saints last regular season game at Carolina. Per word from Saints camp, both Brunell and Daniels will get playing time.

That's a lot of time to get rusty.

If he doesn't play, Brees will set the single-season completion-percentage record at 70.62%

2. I'm not too crazy about the move

I have every confidence in Brunell but heading into the playoffs with a three game losing streak ain't confidence inducing. And the Panthers have kicked ass recently and it will be their last game in their place this season. Their super bowl and New Years Present for their fans. The Saints might get their asses kicked. Again.
