Packer fans I feel your pain
I know you guys were screwed over by two no calls. Well just remember some years back the Giants were screwed over in a SF playoff game with just as blatant a no call. It's unbelievable how poorly these "all star" officiating crews do.

1. There's always "no calls"
Clifton seriously holds about 75% of the time and it is never called. When they played the Vikes the announcers showed a clip and talked about how Clifton was doing such a great job against Allen and the clip showed Clifton with both hands grasping the jersey of Allen on the outside of his arms.

Packers defense didn't show up. Period. Matthews was double teamed and nobody on the team decided to step up and do the job Matthews usually does. Had the offense not handed the Cardinals 21 points, the Packers would have won.

But for the record, I'm still not over the Drew Pearson push-off against the Vikes in 75, so I understand holding a grudge.

I loved that play!

:woohoo:

3. Yeah, right.
The defender just happens to fall over without tripping at the same time that Pearson's hands are on him. That's likely.

to the playoff game that took place on Jan. 03. The Giants blew a 24 point 3rd qtr lead....that aint the refs fault.

6. The refs failed to call a blantant holding call
which would have allowed a second kick. That was the ref's fault and they admitted to being at fault.

7. That's Karma
for all the blatant holding the Packers have gotten away with for years. Clifton holds pretty much every play.

Minnesota was, is, and always will be a cheap shot team.

10. Packers came first - they perfected the art of the cheap shot!
Honestly, you need to let go of the bitterness.

12. League fines three Packers
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4630445
NEW YORK -- Green Bay Packers Johnny Jolly, Al Harris and rookie B.J. Raji have been fined $5,000 each by the NFL for actions in last Sunday's loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

Defensive tackle Jolly was fined on Friday for unnecessary roughness for head-butting Minnesota running back Chester Taylor.

Cornerback Harris was fined for unnecessary roughness for grabbing a helmet-opening to make a tackle, and DT Raji was fined $5,000 for a major facemask violation.

Yeah, it's the Vikings who are the cheap shot artists. :eyes:

13. How many fines did Jared Allen pay out last year again for his cheap shots?

14. Perhaps you miss the point.
EVERY team has had plays that could be considered "cheap shots." EVERY team has players who are fined for plays like these. I am trying to point out the ridiculousness of claiming that just one particular team (and CERTAINLY not YOUR favorite one) is all about cheap shots. That's absurd. Do you agree?
