I mean, really, biggest douche in basketball?! Bigger than Larry Eustachy (got hammered and made out with coeds) or Dave Bliss (paid off players and then tried to frame another player as a drug dealer)? Even in women's hoops, there's LSU's Pokey Chatman (made out with her own player).

7. He's the Bill Belichick of Basketball

He's the douche that attacked Pat Summitt unprovoked. He runs up the score ALL THE TIME. He's an ASSHOLE. He's a genius coach but an ASSHOLE nonetheless. Seriously. I hate him for the same reasons I hate Belichick. I hate arrogant bullies and thats what they are.
As much as I dislike coach K and Duke...I think he's a much classier person than Geno. That should tell you something.

8. He never attacked Pat Summitt...honestly...what this tells me is you're

being foolish...Pat Summitt got her HUGE ego all out of whack because Maya Moore chose UCONN over her pathetic school...then she has the SEC investigate recruting violations, with no evidence, they investigate, and find NOTHING. Pat Summitt is pathetic old has-been. She won't play UCONN anymore because she knows just how far Tenn has fallen and can't keep up...but the sportswriters, who really don't follow women's basketball, still think it's a good program, they get an UNDESERVED #1 and bow out early...AGAIN!

9. Running up the score

It's tough to "run up the score" against the seventh-ranked team in the country. The Huskies' 60-32 win over West Virginia in the Big East final shows that they're that much better.

In the old days, I'd watch the games on Conn. Public TV. (seriesly!) Back then the Big East was UConn and... not exactly. They'd jump out to a huge lead by halftime, bench their starters -- and continue to build the lead with their second team! How is that "running up the score"? There is no third team in hoops!

keep his starters in when it's that big of a blow-out...besides, even with a 20 point lead, that can change in basketball very quickly.

I've watched basketball all my life and there are things he can do to slow his team down if he wanted to. He doesn't. And for someone "washed up" like Pat Summitt is supposedly, her teams still get pretty far in the tournament.
And I don't think Joey can be objective in this assessment. BTW, I know plenty of people who like Women's bball but hate Geno.

are so far above everyone and why no one can keep up...for them to slow it down would take them outr of their groove.

I missed that. And they're "running up the score" with the backups too. What's he supposed to do, pull the starters after 10 minutes when the game starts to get out of hand, knowing that the backups over match the other team as well? Tell the players to miss shots or just run out the clock starting before halftime? Stop recruiting good players? Is it more embarrassing to lose by 50, or have the other team's backups have to lay down?

This isn't like D1 football teams putting chumps on their schedule and then beating them by 50, they're doing this to top ranked teams too.
