This is about as close as I could get to a hunting/fishing forum so here it goes

I fish a small 22 acre lake near my house and have noticed some big fish in it that I am not sure how to catch. I think they are grass carp? And they are huge. What kind of bait would something like this take?

I am not planning on actually landing one of these if I can manage to catch one. Too big. Don't have a net big enough. I just want to fight it for a while and then cut the line.

Any ideas what I can use to catch one of these with?
