1. Im really surprised about Paraguay only moving up 1

They were a hard team to beat and a very good match with Spain (probably my favorite game of the World Cup) without my bias towards the US games that is. I see them as a better fit for around 11-12ish but hey I'm not one of the brilliant Fifa officials!
