West Coast Conference may have to change its name to the Big H8

Hoops fans know the WCC as the home of Gonzaga, Saint Mary's, Santa Clara, Loyola Marymount and several other Catholic schools. Now, they've gone ecumenical with the addition of BYU, a byproduct of their boneheaded move to become a football independent.

So what do the new guys have in common with the old gurad? Well, for one, their sponsioring institutions both poured big bucks into Prop H8. Therefore, I dub the new league "The Big H8 Conference". :P
