And the Orioles win again!
BJ Ryan strikes out the side in the ninth for a save. Good games by Miggy and Melvin Mora and the hero is the Pirates defense for allowing Melvin to advance to third and eventually score on the sac fly by Palmeiro. 35-22 :bounce:

3. LOL
Well, according to my secret sources (ESPN.com), they're doing rather well this year...unlike, say, um, Houston, who can't seem to buy a win on the road to save their collective worthless arses. Sigh.

And the minute the Expos move to Marshington, there they are at the top of the standings. I'm telling ya, there is no justice. :P

6. Hah yeah at least you guys made the playoffs last year
Orioles havent made the playoffs since I was 11 and the Nats I think are doing well since the people from the area really do like seeing them play.

10. I think that unless the Yanks turn things around pretty soon,
and get back into the thick of it, that you'll see the Sox and the Os battling it out for the AL East for the rest of the season. I think they are very evenly matched teams in terms of pitching depth, bullpen strength, fielding talent and offensive power. The Os jumped out to an early lead in the standings and have been able to keep a comfortable lead so far. As the season advances,I expect it to be a seesaw battle between those two teams for the division right up to the end.

11. I think the Jays got a nice shot too

Yeah we do got a bit in common I think especially in regards to offense, because Manny and Sammy arent playing how they should. We've never faced each other in a league championship series before you know, I wouldnt mind seeing it happen but I think the wild card will be a central team this year, anyhow if it comes to us two in the LCS and game 7, I want it at Fenway with Rodrigo Lopez pitching, since he is like 5-1 lifetime there and is like 1 or 2-1 against the Sox this year and the only loss coming in a 1-0 loss. The two teams are 4-4 against each other this year thus far. We need to improve that but I was happy that they played well to win 3 of 4 in Fenway.
