Rivalry Week. The penultimate week of the season. The BEST slate of games all season long. Had to boot a couple of old traditional games(GT-Georgia, Pitt-WVU and ND-USC) because their not relevant to the discussion. Got to hand it to Fishwax. The pressure's on and he pulls a 10-1.
enuegii is the only one who is in striking distance after a 9-2. We start with a big one Thanksgiving night and then 3 very big games, Friday. The eight on Saturday are all toughies. Minnesota and Iowa are our rivals, and I cant remember playing Minnesota at the end of the season. I was not especially worried about NW with Persa, mostly because we usually struggle at Ryan Field, not at home. But without him, it should be a blowout.

...and somehow keep Iowa-Wisconsin going annually. According to Delaney it was, by far, the most talked about rivalry during conderence realignment.

I disagree that Pitt-WVU has no relevance.
If WVU wins (and I think they will), it'll mean that the Big East champion won't be decided until the final week.
I know it's pathetic that any Big East school will get into a major Bowl game at all, but still - for now, it's the way it is.

I'm hoping that Pitt loses and UConn beats Cincy this week and USF next week.
