9. No, it's not a military school.

There is a full-time ROTC Corps of Cadets. But women have been enrolled since 1963, and the vast, VAST majority of the student body are not in the Corps.

However, although any student can run for Yell Leader (they are elected by the student body), only male Corps members win, since other students don't vote in high numbers, and the Corps rocks the vote. As it were.
