Les Miles to Michigan? Just a matter of time.
http://espn.go.com/blog/ncfnation/post/_/id/37724/les-miles-watch-is-on-at-lsu Given the opportunity to coach your beloved alma mater should be a no-brainer. For most, anyway.

1. "For most, anyway'
Where would you rather live...the Bay Area or Michigan?

2. Ann Arbor. Not even close.
But it's personal opinion, Upton. I've lived in a number of college towns, big and small. I've lived in big cities. Give me the pace of the college town. I love it. But, again, it's personal preference. I think Tru was right in Harbaugh's case. The wiff had a great deal to do with that decision. On the other hand, Miles has accomplished all he can in Baton Rouge. I believe he's up for another challenge. Just the right time.

3. Upton, have you ever been to Michigan?
There is more to it than Detroit, which we already know you despise. Shouldn't compare the Bay Area to an entire state.

4. Here's hoping you get 'The Hat', 1go!!
I, for one, would love the challenge of playing him. In a lot of ways, he's a better choice than Harbaugh, anyway.

5. If I were he I'd never leave LSU.
Great recruiting base in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Florida which means he will always have great classes coming in. He gets to go head to head with the best coaches in the country and is very well paid to do so. The weather is nicer. Not to mention going to Bourbon Street when you feel like it for some fun seems better than visiting Detroit.

6. The fans were all calling for his head this year, though
despite his record. He may not feel especially loyal to them.

I'd prefer Brady Hoke of the two (I wanted him three years ago) but one think I like about Les Miles are his initials!

8. Miles staying at LSU.
The Wolverine program has hit rock bottom. They'll have to settle for Hoke.http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=6011557

9. If they can't get Les Miles, they should work harder to get
Myles Moore.

Some say he's an offensive genius...
