2. Well noted: 18 Colorado Rockies NEVER
Thanks for pointing that out.

What's amazing is all the teams formed in the 60's never won, except for the Mets.

Now, on the other hand, there was a team formed in DALLAS in 1960 that has actually won FIVE Championships. THREE under the guidance of Jerry Jones!!

:P

11. Very Funny!
But, i'm used to it. As many of us say, being a Cubs fan is a mental illness.

5. I say give 1994 to Montreal
or maybe not. Either way, Larry Walker was nice to have as a Rockies fan.

7. News flash: The Tampa Bay AL expansion team dropped "Devil" from its name some years ago.
They are now simply the "Tampa Bay Rays". Of course, since there is no city named "Tampa Bay", they'd have to win a Series for their region; the same goes for Colorado and Texas.

P.S. The Brooklyn Robins were an earlier incarnation of the team now known as the Dodgers, who did, of course, win a Series for their borough in 1955.
