DENVER -- The courtesy of fans at Coors Field apparently extends to the visiting team.
In the fourth inning of Thursday's game against the Rockies, All-Star MVP first baseman Prince Fielder went to the Milwaukee dugout during a break in the action to retrieve a pair of sunglasses, in an effort to ward of the glare that was shining along the right-field line.
As the search for shades lengthened, drawing some boos from the crowd, a sympathetic fan next to the Brewers' dugout handed the slugger his sunglasses.
Fielder had moved the glasses to his hat by the time he made an error later in the inning. Though that error didn't hurt the Brewers, the Rockies had already scored four runs in the frame.
With the sun beneath the clouds, Fielder returned the sunglasses to the fan after the inning ended.
