See you in the Camp on October 1.

15. Um, Fresno St. and Washington should not be overlooked
by the Huskers. Both have good coaches that know how to win. Likewise the Badgers must not overlook UNLV or Oregon St. in the preceding games to Oct. 1.

I too am looking forward to Nebraska's B1G opener in Madtown.

Yours is one of those storied programs of the past that is looking for renewal in these changing times.

We welcome Nebraska to the conference.

May the best team win.

And may both the Badgers and Huskers meet a second time in the B1G championship game after winning their respective divisions in the newly aligned conference.

Just my dos centavos

And, yeah, both NFL and NCAA games will grab my attention in coming months.

19. Does a big orange suck?
Kentucky
vs.
Western Kentucky
Day: Thursday
Date: Sept. 1, 2011
Location: Nashville, Tenn.
Time: 9:15 p.m. ET
Coverage

TV: ESPNU

Nashville 9;30 on a work night??? I hate tv scheduling of games. Western has an NFL back, Rainey. The only game in town? Not even worth a shit for recruiting.

1 week, 9 hours 'till kickoff.

That raises the specter of Marlins-style non-attendance.

23. 9:30 on a school/work night, 3 hours from Lexington
A lot closer to Bowling Green but is stupid on face. We would put 55,0000 plus in Commonwealth Stadium. ESPN sucks. A 'home' game for the Hilltoppers.
