Clearly the networks have almost no interest in these two teams. Cleveland plays a night game at Pittsburgh Thursday December 8th.

The later starts for Cleveland are on the West Coast. Are you referring to the lone prime time game on Thursday, December 8th? The reason could possibly be that for the past several years the Browns have been a very lousy team.
