Rubber Match: Huskies Vs. Huskers III

OK, Game 3 in the matchup between the unbeaten Washington Huskies and the unbeaten Nebraska Huskers is ON for Saturday afternoon in Lincoln.

Last year the two teams played in Washington early in the season, and T-Magic (Husker freshman QB Taylor Martinez) stole the show from Husky star QB Jake Locker (now in the NFL), and Nebraska won 56-21

But then -- strangely -- the Bowl Gods brought the two teams together in the Holiday Bowl and Washington got revenge 19-7.

The all-time record for the two teams is 4-4-1...

So Saturday's Game III in this matchup should be a doozy. Will be on ABC.

Real nice calls on those punts...changed the entire game. Nebraska no doubt would have won anyway, UW doesn't have the defense....but I really dislike blatant bad calls.

As a sports fan -- and like every other sports fans -- I have seen my teams hurt and helped by the officials over the years

In this game, of the 3 calls you reference I think only one was a really sucky call against W - the other 2, ehhhh

At any rate, the Huskers played their best game of the season, but do not really have their shit together yet
