4. He's going to get a huge raise. One the Brewers can't afford, unfortunately.

5. I was wondering where he'll end up
Hopefully it won't be the Yankees (Texiera) unless he's signed to DH. Red Sox and Phillies are set. Angels? Atlanta? Who else could afford him?

6. would be nice to keep him
maybe loyalty and his team-mates can help him choose to stay... if it was me, i'd play for less to play with a bunch of winners, than take the money and play for a bunch of possible losers. i won't begrudge him his payday, he's worked his ass off to get it, just wish the brewers could afford to keep him.

7. Well, with his agent, that's not likely.
I'm not sure where he'll go to get big bucks, however.

8. As a Cub fan
I say congrats to the Brewers and I hope they go all the way. Milwaukee vs. Detroit in the World Series would be great.
