I hope somehow it works out that we have a rematch in the BCS game. Seems doubtful, but possible. I do think LSU and Alabama are the two best teams.

One NFL scout said there were 10 defensive backs in that game that will be drafted the next two years. Front sevens also loaded. Both those teams are scoring 30+ a game when they play someone other than each other.

I tuned in to watch a game between what I was told were the two best teams in the nation, the de facto National Championship game, and I got five field goals. I appreciate great defensive football as much as I appreciate great pitching in baseball. I just prefer not to see a pitchers duel in Game 7. The fourth quarter and OT were excellent, as it was a close game and that poor kicker was having a rough day. So maybe "sucked" is too harsh a word for it.
