Jason Giambi had his 5th multi-homer game since July 1st. He has 21 HR's. His BA is up to .291. His OBA is .447 and his SLG is .574 for an OPS of 1.021 (waving to Dave right now). The flyouts to the warning track are now few and far between with line drives as far as the eye can see.
Now if only he could hit his dingers with men on....

him higher in the order he might hit with guys on. Great ops references. People need to look past rbi when evaluating baseball players. Giambi has been awesome. No doubt.

3. If he tests positive.... |
|
...I will be among the first to condemn him.
Until that happens, I'm very happy to see him back in form after going through his illness.

4. I'm not a Yankees fan, but when a player comes back and plays |

like Giambi is playing, it is nice to see.

5. It's one of the best things in sports.... |

I hate the Red Sox but I was very glad to see Clement back on the mound after taking that ball off of his skull. He may have gotten knocked around but the biggest thing to get over is the fear of it happening again.

6. here are some facts for you |
|
he has passed his steroids test. But not only that, since he's being treated for a tumor baseball has access to his constant blood work. It would be near impossible for him to cheat.

9. 8 wins in a row, facing a seemingly demoralized Twins team? |
|
Yeah I would be giddy too.
