1. Bizarre game
Clemson dominated other than the botched kicks run back the other way. Tommy is 3-5 against his dad but this was the first win for him in Tallahassee.

Lucky win for anyone who bet the over 46. In a normal scenario Clemson would have set up for the FG and won 23-20. But after the blocks the past two weeks Tommy wasn't having any of that so the TD made the final 27-20.

Miami sucks but the Louisville debacle would have been easier to take if Florida and FSU lost on the same day. But the damn Gators pulled it out from a 17-7 deficit.

Reports out of Miami that there will be a meeting Sunday regarding Coker's future, if any. The Canes have a bye week coming up and that's normally a time when programs like to make midseason coaching changes, if they are going that route.

2.  I remember thinking
when all those asst coaches at Miami were being fired that they were firing the wrong people. It seems Mr. Coker will soon be looking for work. He's taken a national power and turned it into a paper tiger.

3. Looks like Coker is safe for this year
The athletic director said reports of a meeting on Sunday were false. Rumor is Miami is interested in TCU coach Gary Patterson. Now that makes sense. His teams are incredibly intense and vicious on defense.
