1. Awesome finish
I know it's D2 competition and he's only 5'-10" but that Anthony Atkinson has some Jordanesque moves on him. I wonder if he can make it in the league.

3. I dunno, he made some magical shots
He is extremely quick, made the game winning shot in the final seconds of their last 3 playoff games. Is a D2 all american, conference player of the year, MVP player of the D2 tournament. Did you see the replay? The kid has some amazing moves. I could see him possibly as a role player in the NBA, the up tempo replacement PG. There have been shorter players and plenty of D2 and lower players in the league.

5. The good guys win one: Barton has a NOLA benefit this week!
I ran across this while researching the growing homeless problem in NOLA:

http://www.commongroundrelief.org/node/441

A Benefit for Common Ground Relief and the Communities it Serves in the
New Orleans Area

Friday, March 30th 6:30 PM
Barton College, Hardy Alumni Hall

Donation of $5.00 Per Person

The weekend college Social Work Practice III Class is organizing a Spaghetti dinner to raise money for the victims of hurricane Katrina. The class will present a portrait of pre- and post-Katrina New Orleans, explore the rich cultural history of this unique community, and share the efforts being made on their behalf by the Common Ground Collective.

Had it not been for the basketball championship, I wouldn't have had the faintest idea what or where Barton even was.

6. I was at the tourney
saw all three of Bartons wins. Atkinson played every minute of every game and he was still flying around during the OT of the final four game like it was the beginning of the game.
