It should the called the Hall of Owners and Heir of Owners. Wellington Mara is in as well, who did nothing but inherit the team from his father and fight with his brother Tim Mara while the team was in last place all the time.

One year after Swann. Given that Stallworth retired 5 years after Swann, he was inducted much more quickly than Swann.
