2. Just heard Stuart Scott say that a minute ago...
"By a 2-to-1 margin"...bwaaaahahaha!
I never did figure out what that "something" Freddie Mitchell said he had for Rodney Harrison was...I hope someone asks him tomorrow.

3. I think that says more about DM than FM.
I will say that of all the big games i have seen Donovan McNabb play in, I wouldn't call any of his performances particularly noteworthy.

He is a good, not great QB, who makes rushed decisions when under pressure. But, to be fair, he would really be helped by a decent running game, which the eagles don't have.

4. You've got to have balance...

The Colts are the most often-cited example of a lack of it, I know--having no defense worth talking about--but the Eagles do need at least one really good running back to take the pressure off Donovan McNabb to be "the man" in tough situations. To me, it's realy their only glaring weakness.

Oh, well, if the Super Bowl is true to its past outcomes, get ready for yet another year of the economy being in the dumper!:eyes:

B-)

7. I watched McNabb whenever he dropped back
and he didn't seem like the quarterback who had played the Vikings and the Falcons. He looked frenetic and rather rushed, and Wilson(before he got hurt) and Rodney Harrison just kept watching his eyes.

He was forced to roll out quite a bit, but I never would have figured that a problem for a guy who's second only to Michael Vick in QB scrambling ability. Taking away the run, though, made them one-dimensional--the death knell for any team. I just call it a bad performance at the worst possible time.
