Lest you ask, my mom's side of the family have been in Tennessee over 200 years. My mom's generation were the first to graduate from college (Vanderbilt).

Unfortunately there is evidence of slave owning. On both sides. Though Boss would be amused that my family owned the oldest standing building in Little Rock, AR.
