Ignore the weather outside your window...spring has arrived!!!

Hope springs eternal, especially in baseball.
We've all seen Ken Burns' paean to the Shakespearean virtues of the sport, and we shouldn't be afraid to admit that we pretty much bought all of it -- even the weird stuff about the striking symmetry of the diamond and the basepaths, or the strange perfection of the stitches in the ball.

I now notice that in a couple of days we'll be back down to freezing and Thursday through Saturday say 'Snow Showers'

2. We had 60 degree weather Tuesday, but snowed later on that night.
When I awoke Wednesday morning, we had a fresh light blanket of snow.
